This is just a one-shot for my friend Taylor about her and Jooheon~

Foreword

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP

Taylor jumped straight out of her bed at the sound of her alarm.

What the hell? She thought to herself.

She quickly picked up her phone, questioningly turning off the alarm. She checked the time. 9:00 A.M. Taylor stared at her phone for a good 30 seconds trying to figure out why she was even waking up this early and why she had set this alarm. She unlocked her phone to see a note she left herself.

REMEMBER YOU HAVE A DATE WITH JOOHEON TODAY IT'S YOUR 5 MONTH ANNIVERSARY HE'S COMING TO PICK YOU UP AT 10.

Taylor's eyes widened.

"!" She yelled under her breath.

She immediately threw her phone onto her bed and ran into her bathroom, hurry to take a shower. She took a shower faster than probably anyone has ever before, mentally punching herself in the face as to how and why she almost forgot her date with Jooheon. This wasn't just any normal date either. It was a 5 month anniversary date with Jooheon. One of Monsta X's prime rappers. The two have been dating for quite some time now. It's a crazy story on how the two met. Taylor had moved to Seoul right after high school in the U.S. after landing a scholarship in one of Seoul's amazingly good colleges to study medical related majors. She wanted to be a doctor after all and she had been into kpop ever since she was a freshman in high school. Her dream was to live in South Korea and study abroad there. She was so keen on this idea that she self taught herself Korean. Well to an extent, she ended up taking private lessons. After she moved to Seoul, everything went A okay for her. She had some time to spare before her college classes would start in a week or so, so she would spend her days walking around Seoul. But, on this one faithful afternoon, she was walking to grab some bubble tea, looking down for just a few second to look at her phone as it buzzed in her hand. When suddenly, she heard fast footsteps approaching her and she looked up to see a man running full force at her while looking behind his shoulder. Everything was so fast, she didn't have time to move. So the man ran right into her spilling his bubble tea on her that he had in his hand. Taylor fell on the floor, pissed off she looked up. The man immediately helped her up.

"Come with me," He said and ran off, pulling Taylor by her wrist. Taylor looked back to see a huge crowd of girls running towards them. Confused yet terrified, Taylor had no choice but to run with this stranger. As soon as they turned a corner, the man stopped. He pointed to an alleyway.

"In here," He pulled Taylor into the alleyway, motioning her to please be quiet. A few seconds later, a large amount of footsteps were approaching them.

"Where did he go?!"

"Jooheonie?"

"Yah, who was that girl?"

"Who cares, we need to find Jooheon!"

"Right, let's go."

The footsteps were now getting more and more farther away from them. As soon as the footsteps were not hearable anymore, the stranger sighed and Taylor could feel that she was able to breath normally again. Finally, Taylor could get a good look on the guy. Well, not really as the man had sunglasses, a mask, and a snapback on. The man was breathing heavily, it seemed as if he had been running for quite a while. Suddenly, the man took off his mask and glasses.

Oh my god, he's handsome...Taylor immediately thought.

Finally, after catching his breath, the man spoke up.

"Ah I-I sorry for this," The man was struggling as he spoke in English.

Taylor immediately laughed and shook her head,

"No no, it's okay I speak Korean," She spoke in Korean. The man smiled and sighed,

"Ahh thank you, sorry," He bowed, "I'm super sorry about all of this, really. I didn't see you in front of me in time to move. I apologize for spilling my drink on you as well. I'm so so sorry," The man bowed over and over again.

Taylor smiled at the kindness in the man's voice and bowed,

"It's okay, but why were there a bunch of girls chasing you down?" Taylor asked.

The man laughed and pointed at himself. Taylor just looked at him in confusion, was he expecting her to know him or something?

He laughed again, "You don't know who I am, do you?"

"Nope," Taylor bluntly answered.

The man grabbed his shirt to where his heart would be located and acted like she hurt him and Taylor giggled,

"Wow, that hurt. Well, I guess we aren't THAT well known yet," He stopped acting and leaned his back on the wall. "I'm an idol. I'm Monsta X's rapper, Jooheon."

Something clicked in Taylor. Of course he's an idol geez Taylor.

Taylor had heard about this so called kpop group named Monsta X from her friend, but she hadn't had the time to check them out yet. So here she was, talking to an kpop idol. Be chill Taylor be chill.

"Ahh I'm so sorry, yes I've heard of that group before," Taylor looked down at her feet and fiddled with the hem of her shirt. Jooheon smiled and looked at Taylor's shirt.

"Hey, I feel really bad about spilling my drink on you. Would it be too much trouble if I buy you a knew one?"

Taylor laughed and shook her head, "No no it's alright really. This shirt wasn't expensive or anything it's alright I can just wash it."

Jooheon nodded his head but he didn't seem satisfied with that answer,

"But I have to do something to make up for this...how about I treat you to lunch?"

Taylor blushed at the offer,

"But wouldn't you get caught by fangirls again?" Taylor frowned at the thought of having to run a mile or two more just to not get this guy in trouble.

"Actually, my company knows the people that run a certain restaurant around here. They can set up a private room for us so I won't get caught by anyone." Jooheon crossed his arms and smiled.

Well damn what else was I gonna do today anyway. Taylor thought to herself.

"Well, how can I say no. Lead the way," Taylor smiled and Jooheon put his glasses and mask back on.

Before they started walking, Jooheon stopped to ask,

"Hey, what's your name by the way?"

"Oh yeah duh, it's Taylor."

Jooheon smiled cutely, "That's a very pretty name, Taylor. Let's get going."

They started walking until yet again, Jooheon stopped them,

"Here," Jooheon took off his jacket and placed around Taylor. "Zip it up so you can block the stain on your shirt since you won't let me buy you a new one."

Taylor blushed as she zipped up the jacket and made their way to the restaurant, talking quite a lot on the way there.

Once they got there and got to their table, Taylor found herself really enjoying Jooheon's company. The two laughed a whole lot and both go to talk about themselves quite a lot. What life was like being an idol for Jooheon, and why Taylor was living here in Seoul, South Korea. After lunch Jooheon ended up giving Taylor his number and told her that they should hang out another time. Taylor agreed and the two waved to each other as they both walked their separate ways.

After that day everything changed. The two talked more and more and saw each other more and more. After 2 months, Monsta X was having a comeback and was holding a concert in Seoul. Jooheon invited Taylor to go, even scoring her front row tickets. At this point, Taylor was already head over heels for Jooheon and what she didn't know was so was he for her. That night after she had an amazing time at the concert, Jooheon told the staff to find her and bring her backstage to meet the other members. There she met Shownu, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Wonho, Minhyuk, and I.M. They all greeted her nicely and thought nicely of her. Jooheon pulled her aside for a moment, hugging her,

"Thanks for coming, Taylor. It means a lot to me." He said in a soft tone.

Taylor smiled and hugged him back. "Why would I not?! You were absolutely amazing up there! It was super cool to see you in your element and all."

Jooheon smiled adorably and scratched his head, "Ahhh, thank you. But there really is something I need to tell you."

That was when Jooheon built up his courage and asked out Taylor. It was so heart-felt, his confession even made Taylor tear up. And of course she said yes. She ended up confessing to him as well, how long she had been holding the same feelings for Jooheon. After that day, the two were inseparable. Except for the fact that they couldn't see each other as often as normal couples could. But even despite that, the two still managed to keep their relationship going happily.

So now, it has been 5 months since that day. Taylor absolutely adored him and Jooheon loved her with all his heart. And now, Jooheon had actually found and scheduled a perfect date for just the two of them. These type of things didn't happen often considering he's an idol. So when they did, it was always extremely special for the two.

As soon as Taylor got out of the shower, she dried herself off as best as possible and changed into the pretty sun dress she had planned on wearing. At least she had some part of her life together. (THIS IS A JOKE I LOVE YOU TAYLOR) She dried her hair as quickly as she could with a towel and then blow dried it. She checked the time on her phone. 9:37 AHHH I HAVE LESS THEN 30 MINUTES I NEED TO HURRY I HAVE TO EAT SOME BREAKFAST REALLY QUICK TOO. Taylor brushed her hair, and looked in the mirror.

"Alriiight looking good Taylor". She snapped her fingers at her reflection. "The hell am I doing I NEED TO EAT!" Taylor quickly ran into her kitchen and opened her freezer. She grabbed a breakfast hotpocket and shoved it into the microwave. She paced back and forth waiting for it to get done cooking. As soon as it was done, she pulled it out and started eating it. "OW!" She shouted. "Damn thing's too hot." She blew and blew on the hotpocket until it was at a decent temperature to eat. She soon started devouring that thing and started walking back to her room while shoving it down . As soon as she was about to walk by her front door to her apartment, the door bell rang.

DING DONG DING DONG

Taylor froze and turned to look at her door. HE'S HERE ALREADY?! Taylor walked up to her front door and opened it.

He immediately smiled as he saw Taylor in her dress.

"You look so beautiful, jagiya!" He said happily. Jooheon looked at the hotpocket in Taylor's hand and automatically laughed. "You're not ready yet are you?"

Taylor first blushed at his compliment and then blushed out of embarrassment. "Nooo Jooheonie I didn't know it was already 9 am. But I'm mostly ready!" She let Jooheon into her apartment and ran into the kitchen to devour the rest of the hotpocket. She heard Jooheon giggling from where she left him.

"You know jagiya, you don't have to hurry up and eat that entire thing right here right now." Taylor took a huge bite, chewed, and swallowed.

"I know oppa but I don't want to be super slow." Just then, Jooheon came up behind Taylor and wrapped his arms around her waist.

He spoke right into her ear, "Jagiya, it's okay. You look cute when you eat anyway." Taylor immediately blushed but then leaned into him.

"I missed you, oppa." Taylor said softly. Jooheon breathed in her perfume,

"I missed you too," Jooheon let go and Taylor ate the rest of her hotpocket.

"Okay, I'm ready Jooheon!" Jooheon walked up to her at the front door and smiled at her.

"Jagiya, you don't even have shoes on." He said in a teasing way.

Taylor looked down at her feet, he was right. "AH SERIOUSLY WHAT'S WITH ME TODAY" Taylor ran to her room as Jooheon chuckled and followed her. Taylor went into her closet and took out some pretty sandals that matched her dress. She looked up for a second to see Jooheon leaning against the frame of her door, smiling.

Yah, why is he so handsome. He just knows he looks good in that turtle neck, aish.

She sat down on her bed and tried putting her sandals on. For some reason, with the presence of Jooheon watching her, admiring her, she couldn't seem to tighten the sandal around her ankle correctly.

Jooheon chuckled, "Need help?" Taylor just gave up and sighed. That was Jooheon's cue to walk over, kneel down and fix her sandals. He grabbed one of Taylor's feet in one hand and a sandal in his other. Taylor jumped at the touch of his hand holding her foot.

"Jooheeeooonn, you know I'm ticklish. It's not fair," Taylor whined.

Jooheon smiled, "But jagiya, you're feet are so cute." Taylor covered her face and squealed just a tiny bit.

"You're too much, oppa" Taylor said still covering her face.

By now, Jooheon finished putting on her sandals and stood up,

"I know I know. Now, come on." Jooheon held out his hand for Taylor and she took it, walking out of her apartment together.

"So what's on the agenda for today, my noble prince, Jooheonie?" He laughed at her ridiculous teasing.

"Well my beautiful princess Taylor, I've prepared quite the day for us. I'm not going to tell you any of it though, you'll just have to follow me and experience all of it with your dear boyfriend," Jooheon smiled and chuckled at his own cheesiness.

Taylor rolled her eyes, "Seriously, Jooheon? Aish, why am I suddenly kind of scared about all of this. "

Jooheon just laughed and took Taylor's hand in his, interlocking their fingers. Taylor always blushed when Jooheon was the one to interlock their fingers.

Jooheon put on his glasses and face mask as they walked out of the apartment building, still holding hands. Once they were out on the street, Jooheon just started walking a certain direction. All Taylor could really do was follow her boyfriend as they exchanged little side glances at each other from time to time.

"You know, if you keep looking at me like that, I'll have no choice but to pull you into one of these alleyways and have my way with you," Jooheon said, a little too cockily.

Taylor just gasped and hit Jooheon's arm playfully. "The hell, I swear you enjoy making those comments."

Jooheon smirked at his girlfriend's reaction. "I do, but don't worry jagiya. I can control myself."

I SWEAR THIS KID DOES HE WANT ME TO DIE

Taylor sighed and shook her head, "Are we almost there, oppa?"

"Yep, actually it's right around this corner."

Taylor looked around the corner to see the one and only lunch restaurant Jooheon took her to when they first met. Taylor smiled at the cute sign of the restaurant.

"Ahh really? I haven't been back here in a while, oppa. This is really cute of you," Taylor looked up at Jooheon with basically hearts in her eyes.

Jooheon smiled. Even though Taylor couldn't see his eyes or mouth, she just knew he was.

"Come on, let's go in. I made reservations." Jooheon opened the door for Taylor and she smiled cutely as she walked into the restaurant. Jooheon talked to the employee at the front desk and they were soon led to a private table. The two sat down and Jooheon ordered them each a glass of champagne.

Once the waiter walked away, Jooheon took off his sunglasses and mask. Taylor smiled at her handsome boyfriend as he looked through the menu. Jooheon looked up,

"What?" He said curiously.

"Oh nothing, just staring at your beautiful self," Taylor smiled and then looked down at her menu. Jooheon blushed to himself a little,

"Jagiya..."

Soon the waiter arrived back with their champagne,

"Now, what can I get for you two today?" The waiter asked kindly.

Jooheon motioned that Taylor could go first and she nodded,

The two ordered what they wanted for lunch and the waiter walked away with their order. Taylor looked at Jooheon's tender eyes,

"I'm still so surprised and happy that you managed to get today off Jooheonie, let alone take time and plan this date out. You really are amazing, oppa."

Jooheon smiled at his girlfriend's sweet words, "Of course I took today off, jagiya. And I'd anything for you."

The waiter arrived with their food, and the two ate the food deliciously. Once they finished, Jooheon paid the bill to the waiter and the two walked out of the restaurant

"Yaaahh, that was amazing! I'm stuffed!" Jooheon chuckled at his girlfriend being so cute.

Jooheon pulled out his phone to see what time it was. 12:24 P.M.

"Oh good we still have time!" Jooheon called over a taxi and the two jumped in. "Take us to Incheon please,"

Taylor eyes widened and she looked at Jooheon. "Are we going to the beach?!" Taylor said in an excited tone.

Jooheon smiled and nodded. "I remember you told me that when you used to live in the U.S. that you never got to see the beach a lot and that you really wanted to go to the beach sometime with me. So, I'm taking you to see Incheon's beach!"

Taylor jumped in her seat and took Jooheon's hand in her's, "Ah! I'm really excited Jooheonie, I can't wait till we get there."

Jooheon petted Taylor's hair and pulled her close, "Here, lay your head on my shoulder. It'll be an hour or so till we get there so sleep for now, jagiya."

Taylor rested her head on Jooheon's shoulder and smiled. Jooheon put his arm around her and kissed her head as she soon fell asleep.

Once the ride was over and the taxi stopped, Jooheon gently woke up his beautiful girlfriend and helped her out of the taxi after paying the taxi driver.

"Jagiya, look!" Jooheon pointed to the right where Taylor then saw that it really was there. "The beach!"

Jooheon slipped his hand into Taylor's hand and the two walked over to beach.

"Here, jagiya," Jooheon led Taylor to a bench and sat her down. He took off her sandals for her and even intentionally tickled her feet a small bit causing Taylor to accidentally kick Jooheon's shoulder. Jooheon pretended to be hurt and fell to the ground.

"AAHHH JOOHEONNNN I told you not to tickle meee! I'm sorry I kicked you," Taylor said face palming herself.

Jooheon took this opportunity and randomly swooped up Taylor right off the bench and started carrying her bridal style.

Taylor laughed, "Oppa, what are you doing?"

Jooheon looked at her with his beautiful eye smile. "I'm going to throw you into the water!" He said all too enthusiastically. He suddenly started sprinting towards the water.

"JOOHEON OMO OMO OMO PLEASE DO NOT!" Jooheon laughed and moved his arms to pretend like he was throwing her in, but he didn't really.

Jooheon just kept laughing as Taylor stared at him with disbelief with disappointment in her eyes.

"YOU KNOW YOU CAN NOT DO THAT STUFF WITH ME NOW GEEEEEZ. Aish, I thought you were better than this, Jooheon." Taylor said jokingly.

"I know you still love me," Jooheon said as he finally let go of Taylor. Even though she was still in a mentally panic state, she smiled as she felt the warm sand against her feet. She looked at the beautiful ocean waves in front of her. After awhile, started looking down and around her.

"What are you looking for, jagiya?" Jooheon asked curiously.

"Shark teeth, oppa," She answered without even looking up.

"Here, I'll help."

The two spent about 30 minutes or so just looking for shark teeth. Taylor sighed as they couldn't nearly anything close to a shark tooth.

"It's okay oppa, we can go now." Taylor said as she started to walk back.

Jooheon run up next to her and stopped her,

"What oppa?" Taylor asked confused.

Jooheon said nothing, instead he grabbed Taylor's hand and placed something inside. Before she could see it, he closed her hand around the object and kissed her hand.

Jooheon pushed Taylor's hand back towards her and she opened her hand to see a beautiful shark tooth necklace.

Taylor's eyes widened at the sight of the necklace,

"Jooheon, wow, it's beautiful."

Jooheon smiled. "Knowing you, I knew you would try to look for some shark teeth her. But Incheon doesn't get very many sharks so I knew it would be pretty hard to find any. So I thought I would buy you this. I hope you like it jagiya,"

"Of course I like it. I love it in fact!" Taylor placed her hand on Jooheon's cheek and caressed it, giving Jooheon a smooth and drawn out kiss.

Jooheon turned Taylor around and put the necklace around her neck. He turned her back around and took in the sight of his girlfriend, sighing at gorgeous she was.

"You're so beautiful, jagiya," He said warmly.

Taylor blushed and hugged him, wrapping her arms around his waist and his arms wrapping around her shoulders. They looked into each other's eyes and smiled. Then the two started walking back to the bench so that Taylor could put her sandals on. They sat there for a while just watching the ocean waves until Taylor got up and stretched,

"Today has been so great Jooheonie. I-"

"Oh no jagiya, there's still one thing left to do," He cut her off.

"What's that, oppa?" Taylor asked, wondering what else could he have planned..

"There's a Ferris wheel around here somewhere and we're gonna ride it!" Jooheon got up and opened his hand for Taylor to take, which she gladly did. Together, they walked to the Ferris wheel Jooheon was talking about and in no time at all, got in their seats as one of the employees closed the door behind them. The two held hands and watched as they went higher and higher. Taylor looked at Jooheon with warm and sentimental eyes,

"Jooheonie, thank you so much for today. I literally had the best time of my life just being around you. And I'm so grateful that you did all of this considering I know how hard it is for you to get a free day. You planned all of this out and it just blows my mind how I have such a wonderful and amazing boyfriend. Thank you so much oppa, I love you," Taylor said to him, pouring her heart out.

Jooheon smiled and placed his hand on Taylor's cheek. "I love you so much, jagiya."

The two leaned in, not keeping their eyes off each other until they were really close. They kissed long and passionately until Jooheon pulled away and placed his forehand on Taylor's.

"You're amazing, you know that?" Jooheon whispered softly.

Taylor blushed and sighed, "I wish we could just stay like this forever."

"Me too jagiya, me too."
