3 Years later … SnSD and SuperJunior finished their contract with SMentertaiment. Now they’re back with their own life. Donghae had confessed his feeling to Yoona that he likes her. But they’re not dating yet. Donghae and Jessica are going to America to abroad and finished their study. Before they go, Donghae and Yoona have a little chat.

‘’ Promise me you’ll come back’’Yoona said with a sad expression
‘’ Hm’’ Donghae answered sadly
‘’ Don’t do that to me again.. answer clearly’’ Yoona requested
‘’ Fine. Fine I promised’’ Donghae said
‘’ Take care of my unnie ok?’’ Yoona said
‘’ Why must i?’’ Donghae joked
‘’ Becaue she’s my unnie .. please..’’ Yoona pouted
‘’ Ok.. ok.. and you take care of yourself ok?’’ Donghae said
‘’ I want you to be always healthy, don’t be  sick. I’ll call you anytime. If something happen tell it to me. I also asked nichkhun to take care about you. If I can’t come back, don’t be sad’’ Donghae added
‘’ What do you mean by not coming back? You had promised right?’’ Yoona said
‘’ Haha.. ok ok .. i’ll come back. Yaksok’’ Donghae said while showing up his little finger.
‘’ Okay guys.. dating time is finished.. the plane is waiting for us’’ Jessica said . Yoona and Jessica are hugging each other. And also with Yoona and donghae
‘’ This will be my last hug for you’’ donghae thought. They’re hugging for a long time . suddenly tears rolled down from their face.
‘’ Why are you crying?’’ Donghae asked
‘’ I don’t know .. I just wanna cry’’ Yoona said while sobbing
‘’ I said I’ll be back right? .. hmm .. stop crying ok? I don’t wanna make you sad. I will not let any tears fall down from your face anymore.’’ Donghae said
‘’ Hmm’’ Yoona said while wiping her tears
‘’ Okay.. I’ll go okay.. take care of yourself’’ Donghae said and go
‘’ Bye .. promise me you’ll be back ok?’’ Yoona said while waving at them
Donghae and Jessica entered the plane and sit together.
‘’ Sica,, I have something to tell you’’ Donghae said seriously
‘’ Hm? What is it?’’ Jessica asked
‘’ Umm… I’m not going to America for abroad.’’ Donghae confessed
‘’ You’ll know it later ‘’ Donghae said

When they’re arrive at the America, donghae took out his phone and texted yoona

To : Yoona        
From : Donghae

‘’ Yoona-ah I already landed in America. It’s so nice in here .. I’ll give you many gift once I go back to Korea’’

5 minutes later donghae’s phone ringing

From : Yoona

‘’ Glad to hear that you had landed there safely. Enjoy America and don’t forget to eat.. don’t work too  hard.. ‘’

Donghae see her reply and just smile . Suddenly he coughed hard . Jessica take out a tissue from her bag and give it to donghae. Donghae spill it out

‘’ Donghae … it’s a blood’’Jessica said suprisedly
‘’ Hmm.. I know. I’ll tell you now why I come here.’’ Donghae said
‘’ I got a lung cancer .. from 2 years ago .. I’ve check it to he doctor in korea, but they can’t handle it. They asked me to check it here.’’ Donghae explained
‘’ Is it worst? The lung cancer’’ Jessica asked
‘’ Hmm 4^th stadium.. it’s mean the worst one’’ Donghae said
‘’ What?!!! Why you don’t tell it to us ?’’ Jessica asked
‘’ I don’t want you to think much about it ‘’ Donghae said
‘’ I trust you now to keep it a secret. You’re my ex gf. Nobody knows except you. So please’’ Donghae said
‘’ Hmm okay.. ‘’ Jessica said. Both  of them go to their apartment. They take a rest first. Donghae decided to check his condition to the doctoer. He decided to invite Jessica. He go to Jessica’s room

‘’ You wanna follow?’’Donghae asked
‘’ Where?’’ Jessica asked
‘’ I wanna check my condition to the doctor’’ Donghae said
‘’ Oh .. okay..’’ Jessica said. Both of them go to the hospital. Donghae entered the room doctor while Jessica is waiting outside

‘’ So .. how’s my condition doctor?’’donghae asked
‘’ Your lung cancer is getting worst. You should stay here.’’ The doctor advised
‘’ Is there a possibility that I can live again?’’ Donghae asked
‘’ The possibility is small .. but I will try my best’’ The doctor said
‘’ Oh it’s ok doctor. I’ll go home first and bring my clothes here’’ Donghae said
‘’ Okay.. ‘’ The doctor said. Donghae go out from the room

‘’ How is it?’’Jessica asked curiously
‘’ The doctor said that I must stay here’’ Donghae said
‘’ Oh.. is it that worst until you must stay here?’’ Jessica asked
‘’ Yeah.. I think’’ Donghae said
‘’ By the way let’s go eat first . you’re getting more thinner and paler.’’ Jessica said
‘’ No I’m fine’’ Donghae said
‘’ You’re not fine .. let’s eat’’Jessica said and grab donghae’s hand to the restaurant.After they finished eating, they go back to their apartment and preapare for donghae’s clothes.Donghae looks at Yoona’s photo in his wallpaper. He touch it.. he missed her so badly even he just go for 8 hours. Donghae and Jessica go back to the hospital again . when everything had been preapared. Jessica wait for donghae in his room.

‘’ I’ll start my study in university tomorrow.. so maybe I’ll visit you sometimes’’ Jessica said
‘’ It’s okay.. ‘’ donghae said. Suddenly the nurse come in. she asked donghae to drink some medicine. Donghae drinks it and go to sleep.Jessica waits for him for 4 hours. Even Jessica is his ex girlfriend, she stills has a feeling to him. She doesn’t wanna lose him. Even  she knows that yoona and donghae are loving each other, she never hates Yoona. When Jessica is sitting while playing her phone, suddenly donghae move and shake his body around. It seems like he hard to breath she move everywhere and saying yoona’s name. Jessica quickly go out from the room and called the doctor. The doctor come in quickly and check his condition

‘’ He must do a surgery now’’The doctor said
‘’ What?!!’’ Jessica asked

‘’ Yeah now.. but the possibility of he can alive is so small’’The doctor said
‘’ Please.. I want you to do your best. Save my friend . I don’t wanna lose him’’ Jessica said
‘’ He’s too late the cancer is getting worst. He should check it to hospital more faster. But I’ll try my best to save him’’ The doctor said while bring donghae to the sugery room
