The Night Jungkook became an adult in his clan, his life changed forever. As he flees from the oncoming attack from THEM, he watches as his whole clan is utterly destroyed by their power and bloodlust. Feeling completely alone, he tries to end his life, only to be stopped by someone he never expected to come into his life, someone he believed was always a threat.
Foreword
I was in the 244th rank of fledglings being recognized today as adults, a day I had been looking forward to from the beginning of my life. I had longed for the day I would receive my true name, and would finally be recognized as someone of equality among my people. Smiling to myself in the full length mirror, I admired how my wings of pure silver glistened in the dimly lit room I was taking refuge in. Tonight would be perfect.
