YOUNGJAE POV:

Jaebum hyung coughed a lot, “Are you okay hyung??” I asked, he just giving me an ok sign. “You know hyung, since you are about to graduate already. You need to find girlfriend you know, where you can find girlfriend again if you’re already graduate. Well, you can find one in univ though, but isn’t school better?” I asked, there’s a long pause before Jaebum hyung answered, “Youngjae come here,” I followed Jaebum hyung, wondering what is it about. “Jaebum hyung, where are we going?”, I asked, he didn’t answer, he just grabbed my hand. Is he mad?? Why would he mad though??

There’s some space behind the stairs, “What? Why you bring me here hyung?” I asked, looking around. Suddenly I was pushed against the wall, Jaebum hyung’s face is so close to mine. “Uh? Hyung?” I panicked, this is scary. He sighed loudly, lifting his head so our eyes meet. “Why you are so insensitive? Why you are so innocent?” he said, I blinked a few times, “Huh?”

“I love you, a lot” he said. “I love you too hyung! What are you saying?” I answered, why he is being like this? He sighed again, “This is why I said that you’re insensitive,” he suddenly pulled me closer, “What are you doing hyu..”

He kissed me, I freeze. My brain is like stop working, he slowly pulling away, and said “I mean love in this way,” I blushed hard, what was just happen? “Hyu..Hyung, don’t joke around. It’s not funny,” I shuttered. “Should I kiss you again? To convince you that I’m serious?” he asked, looking at me in the eye. We both surprised because of Jackson’s voice, I got away from Jaebum hyung’s arm and immediately go to Jackson. “Jackson hyung, let’s go” I said, dragging him by arm. “Huh? What? Where’s Jaebum hyung?  Why are you so red?” he asked, but I didn’t answer and just go. All I want just ran away from Jaebum hyung.

“What happened with you?” Jackson asked, I’m P.E now since I already done with the physical test. I did badly though, because Jaebum hyung still lingering in my mind now. Jackson hyung is at health room because he’s lazy I bet, “Jaebum hyung.. Confessed to me” I mumbled, quietly. “FINALLY? THANKS GOD” he shouted, I hit him. “SSSTT! And why you said finally?!” He lifts his shoulder, “Only you who don’t know his feeling, we all know. That’s why when you said he confessed, it’s like oh my god finally he did it,”

“Huh? You all know??” I asked, He hummed, “You are too insensitive to notice his feeling you know, even I’m frustrated at both of you. Well so what’s your answer?” I didn’t answer Jackson hyung, “You rejected him???” he asked, shocked. “No! It’s just, I never see Jaebum hyung that way before,” I said. “Man, If he heard that he would be so sad,” he answered, “I don’t know what I feel about him that way really,” Jackson hyung ruffled my hair, “just think about it slowly, Jaebum hyung will wait. I’m sure about it, I’m going to my class first seems like my teacher already left, okay?” I hummed and he left.

“Thinking about it doesn’t help at all though,” I mumbled

School ends, I don’t even know what I’m doing in class today. I just wanna go home already, I don’t wanna meet anyone moreover Jaebum hyung. So I grab my bag and text Jackson hyung,

To: Jackson Hyung

Hyung, I’m going home first. Sorry

I’m already in bus when Jackson texted me back,

I know you would avoid Jaebum hyung, but it doesn’t solve problem. So quickly find your answer okay?! Just call me if you need friend to talk!

To: Jackson Hyung

I put my phone back in my bag, sighed. What should I do now? I don’t even know what to think or find about.

Arrived at home, I told mom that I’ll eat later since I don’t feel like eating. Throwing myself to bed, we even slept together, what did he feel that time? Oh my. I fell asleep, when waking up it’s already night. I groaned, and stretched my body before going downstairs. “Mom?” I asked. “Your mom is went to buy something, your dinner is there. Go wash your face before eat,” I flinched, because Jaebum hyung is there. , I forgot Jaebum hyung will eat here

I hurriedly go to washroom and sit at dinner table. I eat in silence, neither of us talk. It feels so awkward but I relieved that Jaebum hyung didn’t do anything like before. The thought about kissing making me blush so hard already. “I’m home” Thanks god, “Welcome home, mom” I said, “Welcome back auntie,” he said.

Wow, since when Jaebum hyung’s voice making my heart thumping. I shook my head to get away from that thought, “Youngjae ah, are you sick? You didn’t eat anything at noon,” my mom asked, patting my back. I smiled, “No, I’m not sick. I just don’t feel like to eat that time,” my mom smiled back, “Auntie, I’m going back first, okay? My mom should be back at noon tomorrow, thank you for taking care of me,” Jaebum said, I can feel that he’s behind me. Okay, calm down heart. He’s not going to do anything!

“Aww, tell your mom to go trip often. I wanna see you more often~” my mom said, hugging him. He just chuckled, before going to our front door. I followed my mom, “Bye Youngjae,” he said, shortly. “B..Bye hyung,” I shuttered. My mom stare at me after Jaebum hyung go home, “Are you guys having fight? That’s why you didn’t want to eat?” I shook my head, “No, we’re not fighting,”

More like he confessed to me and I don’t know what to do, or respond.

School ends, I don’t even know what I’m doing in class today. I just wanna go home already, I don’t wanna meet anyone moreover Jaebum hyung. So I grab my bag and text Jackson hyung,

YOU ARE SICK, GO TO SLEEP” I never felt so offended before, “Mom, I’m not sick. I can’t sleep yesterday because I took a nap,” I said, grabbing a cup of water. “You nap all the time, and sleep like pig at night you know! Wow, maybe you can live alone finally,” my mom said, laughing. “Stop it mom,” I said, chuckled. “You should cook for Jaebumie, you want to show your gratitude right?” she said, I chocked on my water. “Oh my! What are you doing!” she said, patting my back. I coughed, before clearing my throat, “Why would I?” she hit me, “You said you want to show your gratitude,” I groaned, “Don’t hit me!”

“There’re the ingredients, I’m going to clean your room,” she said pointing at shopping bag and going upstairs.  I sighed, why did I wake up again? Damn worst timing. Defeated, I make some pancakes that my mom taught me before.

Beep!

The bell sound flinched me, oh my god, oh my god. What should I do? My mom shouted from upstairs, “Youngjae ah, open the door for Jaebum!”

I took a deep breath, calm yourself down! You are just gonna open the door! “Coming!” I shouted, I took a deep breath again before opening the door. “Morning hyung,” I said, trying to be normal as normal as I can. He looked shocked, to see me opening the door. “You are going to make breakfast for me? That apron looks nice on you by the way,” he said, smirking. I blushed, “stop teasing me,” going to kitchen again. He just chuckled, and closes the door.

“Jaebumie ~ you’re here. Are you surprised to see Youngjae?” my mom said, coming downstairs and hugged Jaebum. “Good morning, Auntie. Yes, I’m more surprised that he’s cooking now” he said, hugging her back. “I hope you don’t get stomachache from it,” my mom whispered. “Mom, I heard that! And this is your recipe you know,” I said, pouted. “Well, I’m not the one who cooked it though,” my mom said. “It’s okay, Youngjae can cooks well doesn’t he?” Jaebum said, I don’t know if he’s teasing me or not, but I feel offended. “Is that sarcasm?” I asked, my mom is the one who laughed so loud.

While cooking, I can feel Jaebum hyung staring at me. “Hyung, you are staring at me like I’m a rare animal,” I said, he chuckled, “You look good in apron, and thank you for making me breakfast,” I hummed. Then silent comes again. Why I’m so awkward with hyung now?? He’s act like nothing happen but he keeps flirting with me?! I don’t understand?? I serve a plate of pancakes in front of him. “Here you go,” I said. He smiled at me, “You’re not going to eat?”

I took off my apron, and get a plate of pancakes for myself, “I am, I’ll eat well” I said, “I’ll eat well, thanks for the food,” he said, I can see his smile all the time. This is just pancakes, what is he happy about.. Done with eating, we are going to school, but usually we’re talking a lot in the bus. And now, silent and awkwardness consuming the atmosphere around us. It’s suffocating to be honest, but if we’re talking I’m afraid that we’ll talking about his confession or my answer to his confession. I’m not ready at all.

At lunch, Jinyoung hyung and Jackson hyung are the one who go to my classroom, “Huh, hyung? Why are you here?” I asked, “Jaebum hyung asked us, since you probably don’t wanna eat at rooftop” Jinyoung said, I can’t say anything since I’m planning to eat alone at classroom. “Let’s eat at park!” Jackson said, I smiled, “Thank you hyung,” they ruffled my hair.

“So, do you want to talk about it?” Jinyoung hyung asked, I sighed, “It’s not like I don’t want to talk about it, it just that I don’t know what to talk, or respond, or answers” I said, “I never see him that way, and suddenly being confessed like that it’s not helping at all,” I leaned toward Jackson hyung, “Then, do you like the thought of Jaebum hyung having a girlfriend?” Jackson asked. “I’m not particulary mad about it, but maybe… I’ll feel lonely, since he’s always there for me” I said, Jinyoung clap, making me flinch. “What?” I asked, “Jaebum hyung is popular you know, followed me! There’s a 2nd year girl calling him to confess!” Jinyoung said, walking towards our school’s back building.

“Here! Here!” said Jinyoung quietly. We peek from bushes around, “wow I didn’t know that we can hide here, I should be more careful,” I said, “SST!” Jinyoung and Jackson hyung both said, I close my mouth with my hands. They pointed at Jaebum hyung and a girl, wow there’s really a girl who confessed to Jaebum hyung! 

“I can’t hear anything though,” I whispered to Jinyoung hyung. “Just look at them, maybe they will kiss or hug if Jaebum hyung accept her. Since the girl is pretty cute, damn” Jinyoung whisper back. Cute, huh? They talked for a while, suddenly Jaebum hyung nodded, and they hugging each other. I stunned, so he’s just playing with me all this time? Making me confused like this? Jinyoung and Jackson are stunned as well, “we need to ask Jaebum hyung about this,” Jinyoung said, Jackson nodded as well, “Jaebum is in love with  Youngjae I’m 100% sure about it.” I hit Jackson hyung, “Eyy, what if he give up already. Since I’m not even sure about my feeling,” I said.

Why I feel so stuffy inside?

“Don’t tell Jaebum hyung, he’ll mad if he know we’re overhearing something like this,” I said, “But we need explanation, we bring you here and they really hugged,” Jackson said, he continued “And they didn’t leave together, the girl leave early then Jaebum hyung still there! So there’s possibility if the girl want to hug Jaebum before she move on?” Jinyoung nodded, saying “we need to ask Jaebum hyung,”

“About what?”

I never looked up so fast before, Jaebum hyung looking at us. I flinched hearing his voice, . “Hi hyung,” Jackson said, waving at him. Jaebum hyung smiling, “What are you guys doing?” Jaebum hyung asked, I looked at Jinyoung and Jackson hyung, “Ju.. Just chilling,” Jinyoung said. We all are avoiding his eyes. “Mind telling me?” Jaebum said, leaning down.

We can’t escape already, damn it.

“So, you guys were peeking me get confessed?” Jaebum asked, he continued, “And with Youngjae?” Jackson hyung elbowed Jinyoung hyung saying, “see?? He’s mad because we bring Youngjae with us,” Jinyoung hyung defended himself by asking Jaebum hyung directly, “Then, why are you hugging with that girl, hyung?” I keep quiet all the time, but I want to know the reason too. “She said she want to move on because I rejected her, but she want me to give her hug. So I did,” he explained. “Are you happy?” he asked, looking at me.

“Wh..Why are you asking me?” I shuttered, looking away. “Well, I’ll be going first. See you in club Jinyoung ah,” he said, walking away from us. Three of us sighed, “Jinyoung ah, you’re dead” Jackson hyung said, Jinyoung hyung hit him. “Sorry,” I said, it feels like I’m the one who make Jinyoung hyung would be in trouble. “No, Youngjae ah. It’s not your fault, I’m the one who bring you here, at least we got answer that Jaebum hyung is madly in love with Youngjae,” he said. I hit Jinyoung hyung, “Hyung!”

“Then, what do you feel about Jaebum hyung being hugged by girl?” he asked. “Well, I thought he was playing with me at first, but after explained. I’m confused here again,” I said, “there’s also a stuffy feeling, I don’t know anymore” Jinyoung and  Jackson hyung cheered loudly, “Wha..What??” I asked, “YOU LIKE HIM TOO! STUFFY FEELING! OH MY GOD!” Jackson shouted all over, jumping around. “Stuffy feeling mean JEALOUSLY, Youngjae ah!!” Jinyoung said, holding my shoulder shaking me.

“Uh? Really?” I asked, not sure about both of them. Since they play around a lot, they don’t even hear my question anymore. They just jumping around happily, maybe I’ll talk to Mark hyung about this.. since he’s close with Jaebum hyung.

I was just walking at the corridor, suddenly “Choi Youngjae!” I turned around, Sir Nichkhun our English teacher called me. “Yes, sir?” I asked, “Help me bring this to data room and arrange it please, Mark Tuan is going to help you there,” he said, smiling. This teacher always smiling but the request is so unbelievable. I hummed and go to data room with a mountain of book in my hand.

“Excuse me, Mark hyung can you help me open the door?” I asked, the door opened but I didn’t see Mark hyung there. “Let me help you,” there is only Jaebum hyung. My heart is beating uncontrollably again, . He get half of the books in my hand, and put it on table beside. “Where’s Mark hyung?” I asked, breaking the silence. “He’s going to help me scouting more new members while I’m here doing Sir. Nichkhun’s task” he said, arranging the books. I hummed, helping him arranging the books. We didn’t talk at all when arranging the books, I feel so uncomfortable since he found out that we’re peeking.

“You can go on a date with me on Sunday right? Your birthday” he suddenly said. I flinched, “Uh, ah, yeah” I shuttered. “Sorry for scaring you last time, but I’ll not apologize for the kiss. I’m looking forward Sunday, see you” he said, ruffling my hair then caressing my cheek. After he go out of the room, my leg just give up. I sat on the floor, covering my face.

Why this room is so hot? Why I feel like Jaebum hyung becoming handsome to me? There’s something wrong with me seriously..
