A/N: For the sake of not spoiling the plot I won't write a description, so have this really long author's note about how this story came about. So it all started really long ago, no I kid you not we've been writing this story for years that even I can't remember when exactly we started it. It all began when I told to my friend that we should do a collab by writing a fanfic story together, and since 2012 I became an "exotic" (we didn't have a fandom at the time) and she became a baby (bap's fandom) so neither knew much about the other's group, but because I'm really into male groups (like the cheater I am) I also listened and watched programs with bap because they produce dope music, so I ended up writing an intro to a daejae story that had something to do with the whole group. To this day I only remember the intro, Daehyun being on the roof thinking about life and Yongguk coming up to see him and then Daehyun meets Youngjae, and Banghim was a thing...yeah well like I said we wrote this story years ago and I'm not sure how but it got lost somewhere out there in Google Drive and we'll never find it again....sadly. Now we had left this story for a few years because we were both busy with finishing up high school so it wasn't until last year (2015) that I for some odd reason decided to go onto my Google Drive and look for this story, and that's when I discovered that it was gone. My friend then suggested we start this story over and I was against it at first because I really hadn't written a story (where it wasn't an assignment and it was just for my own amusement) in a long time and I didn't feel confident in writing anymore but I agreed eventually because it was on my to do list to actually publish this story that was at the time non-existent. So university started for my friend and I was able to finish my parts of the story (for the first half of it, yeah now you know that the story is 2 parts but at least they are finished now) but then a quarter after she started uni, I started college (I missed the deadline to signup because I was visiting my relatives in Europe) so I couldn't finish the second half of it, or more like I forgot about it but at some into the semester I remembered and ended up finishing it.

The funny thing was, this story was going to be light and fluffy and that's not at all what it ended up being. I was in a really dark place and all my life I've been dealing with depression, so all those emotions got out of me and transfered over into this story. At first I was worried because my friend and co-author doesn't like angst/depressing stories but she told me it was good and I guess that's when I realized that with this story, I want to show people that no matter how hard life can get, you can always pick yourself up. Please do leave a comment if you've ever felt depressed and how you dealt with it or if you are feeling depressed now and want to talk or if this story somehow helped you.
