Just how on Earth am I supposed to sleep? With all the restlessness I am feeling right now? I am laying still but still no sign of comfortableness . . . Not even here in my own bed and my own house. . . What is it that keeps me awake and so bothered? That even if I take medications I still feel so . . . WATCHED?
