As Lee Sungkyung is hospitalized to become a soon-to-be teen mom she meets three other very young lady friends, who will keep her company as they all go through an important stage of their lives. Where Sungkyung is single, the others all have partners right next to them and that makes it very hard for Sungkyung herself to regain some strength she'll need for when her child gets born. Is Sungkyung able to look the baby's father, Kim Myungsoo, in the eye or will it all end in disaster once her best friend, Park Hyungsik, starts to get involved as well? Nothing in life is certain and as a year passes the four young lady friends all go their own way, still keeping in touch from time to time.
