One of these Nights

One of These Nights

Wendy always somehow managed to appear instantaneously at Irene's side. It didn't matter where or what--Irene could always depend that the younger girl would be there and let her grasp her presence for herself.

Wendy was a giving person. She gave herself to the other members as well. She cooked for them, helped them, and always like things that involved the whole group to partake in.

But then weren't they all giving?

Irene would make seaweed soup for her members' birthdays. She would iron Yerim's uniform every day.

And Seulgi and the two young ones were just as giving in their own ways.

Irene recalled in one interview they had been asked which person they would rather share a room with if they had the choice. That was before Yerim came into the story, so even if they tried now, there would still be three in the room--or a private room if they were lucky. She didn't think that was possible anyway, since they were running on a budget by the entertainment. It seemed that although they already had so many groups and artists in its company, they weren't ready to spend money on them--especially the newer groups.

That didn't matter anyway.

What did matter was Wendy.

Or Seungwan, as Irene preferred to call her. Not many people called her 'Seungwan' so Irene felt that it was a sort of special thing between them--

The Korean-Canadian who spoke English, and knew how to play lots of instruments, and sing really well.

Plus she was really pretty and cute.

Sometimes Irene just wanted to run her fingers through Wendy's hair, stun her with affection she was already used to, and then surprise her with a kiss.

That reminded her. Wendy never said no to Irene's touch. They held hands, linked arms, whispered to each other while standing very close...They even shared a cardigan once. Irene wasn't sure how that worked.

Anyway, the point was these could all be indications that Wendy also liked her, but then maybe not. These were things friends did as well--except dream about their friend the way Irene did.

"Joohyun!" she heard a distinctly familiar voice call.

She loved to hear her voice. Sometimes it was low, sometimes it was a little highpitched, but then there was that sweet spot in her voice that pulled at Irene's heart.

Irene turned around with a smile on her face. Wendy was in a mess. Her fringe stuck messily to her forehead even though she was wearing a snapback over her head. Her flannel was buttoned incorrectly, and she was tripping all over the sleeves of the jacket she had worn this cold morning.

"You should be more careful, Seungwan," Irene scolded her gently once the girl was standing beside her. She pulled off the snapback from Wendy's head as the girl protested, and she fixed her hair.

"Unnie," Wendy pouted a little bit as her prized red "Bulls" cap was taken from her; but she waited for Irene to finish soothing her disheveled appearance.

Wendy's cap was sitting on the chair beside Irene. As the older girl finished doing the last buttons, she reached for it, but Irene snatched it away.

"Why are you doing this to me?" Wendy cried, amusement escaping though her complaint.

Irene laughed. Wendy leapt for the hat but Irene had a slight advantage of height and she lifted it up high over her head.

It was moments like these that Irene treasured--when it was just the two of them, and Wendy's attention was all hers.

She supposed that was being a bit too selfish, but there was rarely a time they were alone together. They were always busy with other commitments besides performing and practicing their routines--except Wendy. The only thing she'd done outside of the entertainment was hosting a radio show with Seulgi.

Irene wished she could have been Wendy's partner instead. Although she was happy for the two girls' opportunity, she felt a bit of annoyance that the two were having fun together. She wished it had been her with Wendy instead of the big bear named Seulgi.

After a little bit of prancing around teasing Wendy, she plopped the cap back onto the younger girl's head.

The other girls arrived at that moment, and Wendy averted her attention to greet them.

Irene wrapped her arms around Wendy's waist snugly, her front pressed against the shorter girl's back.

They were so close together, sharing warmth. Irene would have liked to snuggle the rest of the day away with Wendy.

"Yerim is going home for tonight," Seulgi announced with a smirk at Joy. "So your partner in crime is now unavailable. Whatever sinister plan you had is all over."

Joy scoffed. "Hah! I can do things on my own you know!"

"You're just sad because you're gonna be all alone tonight."

"Not unless you share it with me, unnie," Joy suddenly jumped to her side, earning her a dissatisfied glare from Seulgi.

While they continued bickering, Irene mischievously squeezed Wendy's .

"That'll be $500," Wendy responded bringing a smile to Irene's lips.

"Korea doesn't use American currency," Irene pointed out.

"Yeah well, you owe me a lot of money for doing that," Wendy replied.

The older girl chuckled and felt her heart warm when Wendy held onto her clasped hands.

--

Irene couldn't believe these people at Weekly Idol. They must have had everything planned from the beginning. First they were suggesting things, and then actually making them do it.

And here she was making seaweed soup in front of a camera for everyone to watch.

She couldn't forget the eagerness from Wendy to tie up the apron for her, her fingers involuntarily nudging her back as she tied a knot.

This soup was for Wendy. Irene wanted to try to make it even better for Wendy.

"Does Wendy's arm really get bigger when she bakes?" K-Will said.

"Let's see!"

Irene glanced to the side, while the men host were 'ogling' Wendy's arms.

"She's strong," one of them commented.

Yeah she was. Wendy only laughed and continued beating the egg.

Her blood began to boil just a little. How she wanted to throw the boiling soup at the men. Stay away from her arm! she thought angrily.

But Wendy was strong. If anything happened, she would knock them out in one punch anyway.

Yerim woke her up from her daydream by dumping more than a spoonful of soy sauce into the sauce.

"Hey!" Irene said.

"It's not tasty enough!" the maknae cried.

Irene couldn't help but feel a bit bitter that Wendy was letting them check out her biceps to see if there was any change after whisking up that stupid egg.

The soup was finally done, and the birthday song finished. Her heart beat more powerfully as she walked towards Wendy. She blew on the spoonful of soup before giving it to the younger girl.

She hoped it tasted good enough for Wendy.

"It's really delicious!" Wendy exclaimed. "Unnie makes really good soup!"

Irene was so happy.

As soon as Wendy said that, everyone else crowded around the boiling soup to taste it.

--

"Unnie, are you leaving already?" Wendy followed Irene to the door like a dog.

"I'm supposed to meet with him before airing time," Irene replied. "But I'll be back soon."

"Ok."

Irene so wanted to lean in and kiss her right now.

Wendy would be on her own for a while tonight. Yerim was at home again, Joy and Seulgi were out with their respective commitments, and Irene was supposed to be MC-ing with Bogum tonight for Music Bank. Irene hated having to act all cutesy with him, so she tried to imagine it was Wendy.

Wendy...with a boy's voice?

She tried.

"Maybe I'll try watching it," Wendy said.

"Don't stay up too long," Irene replied. The last couple nights she awoke to the younger girl's restlessness at night. "You need sleep." She remembered the other night how Wendy pressed so hard against her, she thought she would fall off the bed. Was it a bad dream? She made noises of distress, somtimes muttering incoherent English words Irene did not understand. Last night, Irene held the girl in her arms, but felt instant pain when the latter clutched tightly onto her shoulder, nails digging in deep but not to the point of puncturing skin. But it did hurt quite a bit. Wendy had the strength of a bear in her sleep.

Their farewell was short and quiet. As Irene walked away, she wondered what Wendy would do tonight. Would she really watch her on TV?

On her return home, the room was just dimly lit. Were Seulgi and Joy back yet? It was pretty late.

She opened the door to the room she shared with Wendy and Seulgi, but found only a sleeping lump in the bed she shared with Wendy. The other bed was still empty meaning Seulgi wasn't back yet.

At least Wendy took her advice.

I hope you sleep well tonight.

--

Later in the night, Irene felt someone kicking her and then an arm smack her middle. She winced and almost made a remark of annoyance, but remembered it was Wendy.

The latter had managed to kick the covers off herself so she was completely exposed to the cold. Irene pulled the covers back over them and tried to calm down the other girl. She gently caressed Wendy's cheek, her fingers shaking nervously. What if she woke up?

But in the waking world, they were always doing things like that, so what did it matter?

At Irene's touch, Wendy slowly relaxed and returned to sleep.

Irene gently pressed her lips to Wendy's cheek before returning to sleep again.

--

The next nights, Wendy continued having those strange episodes.

Wendy was usually bubbly, but these days her energy had become static. She seemed more tired, and less excited than Seulgi ever was.

Once again, Wendy was by herself for the night. She followed Irene to the door, her footsteps dragging.

"Are you sure you're ok?" Irene asked.

Wendy immediately brightened into a smile. "I'm fine!"

Irene felt unsure about her answer, but didn't say anything. She pat Wendy's cheek and started to lean closer to her--to kiss her. Luckily, she caught herself and cleared . "Um...I'll see you later then."

As she was about to turn, Wendy suddenly stuck her red cap onto Irene's head and leaned up to kiss her cheek. "Stay safe," she murmured with a faint blush and her bangs hiding her eyes.

Irene smiled as her heart burst forth with hope.

--

Irene's heart was not bursting with joy anymore. After MC-ing with Bogum for another night, she returned to an awful disaster.

All the lights were on, and there was loud talking from the bathroom. She immediately went to investigate the scene.

"Unnie, thank goodness you're back!" Joy cried with Yerim following in behind.

"What's going on?" Irene asked.

"Wendy...she's..." Joy stammered. "Seulgi's calling the hospital."

Irene pushed past them. She could hear Joy blabbering about fainting, and Seulgi talking on the phone for help, their friend is in pain.

"Seungwan?" Irene stepped around the corner and found Wendy huddled on the floor leaning on the lid of toilet. She crept closer wondering why everyone's faces were so pale. "Seungwan, are you ok?"

Wendy didn't answer.

"Unnie, be careful. Just don't freak out," Yerim said in warning.

Irene pressed her hand against Wendy's back, but there was no response.

"Don't move her," Joy said shakily. "She's hurting a lot."

So Irene stepped over her, knelt down beside the girl she cared so much for, and cupped her chin with one hand. She used the other to clear the pesky bangs blocking her eyes. They were shut tightly, her eyebrows furrowing. Irene's eyes trailed her face. Something was trickling down her arm.

Blood! Irene snatched her arm back to find the palm of her hand covered in sticky red.

Red liquid trailed from the corner of Wendy's mouth.

Irene heard Yerim gasp, but she could only stare at the red fluid from Wendy.

"J-Joohyun," she heard Wendy greet her weakly. "You're wearing my cap..." She smiled, and swallowed shakily. "S-Sorry...sorry for...."

Irene gently hushed her, her clean hand the latter's head to soothe her discomfort.

"I'm calling the manager," Seulgi announced from outside.

Irene could already hear the faint sirens approaching in the distance.

Wendy was holding tightly onto her hand.

--

A day and a half had passed since the ambulance took Wendy away. No one was allowed to visit Wendy at the hospital except the manager. The public should not know about this or else cameramen and magazine spies would be close on their tails.

The girls were anxious, but they could not let Wendy's current condition stop them from their jobs. Yet, they were still worried about their friend.

The manager hadn't even bothered to tell them what was wrong with Wendy's health either. "Just focus on your job," he said.

How heartless, Irene thought bitterly.

The nights in the dorm were quiet and tense. Only Yerim tried to lighten up the atmosphere. Since she was the maknae, she knew it was her job to help ease her unnies' stress. She only wished that Joy would be her partner in crime like usual, but not tonight. Eventually, she gave up and settled to eating another cookie.

"She'll be ok," Irene finally said, her untouched food now cold in front of her.

The rest of them were forced to agree. No one dared to voice the true worries they harbored in their minds.

--

The heart monitor was a straight line, the noise a constant sounding of death.

Irene wept nonstop. The tears just kept falling, draining her of energy and any emotion but sadness. Her hand clutched the cold limp one of Wendy's. Dead. She was so cold.

Seungwan, I never had the chance to tell you how I love you.

"Unnie...wake up," someone was calling her from above.

Irene looked upwards, finding not the ceiling, but a strange bright white light nearly blinding her. She was forced to shield her eyes with one arm to try to find the owner of the voice. "W-who are you?"

"Unnie..."

Irene grumbled in her sleep as someone was shaking her. "G-go 'way..."

"Unnie, come on."

A hand caressed her cheek, wiping off liquid from her face.

"S-Seungwan?" she murmured.

"Uh...not quite," the voice replied awkwardly.

Irene opened her eyes. How embarrassing...It was Seulgi. "Oh, sorry," Irene mumbled. She sat up. "I didn't mean to oversleep..."

"It's alright," Seulgi replied giving her a curious look. "You haven't had much sleep the last couple days. You needed it. Anyway, I just wanted to tell you there's food in the fridge before I leave."

"Oh, ok thanks," Irene replied.

The room became silent again as soon as Seulgi left.

Wendy's red cap was hanging from the doorknob of her small closet.

Irene felt colder air against her cheek. What was it that Seulgi had wiped from her face? She lifted a hand to her cheek, finding that even her eyes were puffy and wet. Crying in my sleep? She dried her eyes. This wouldn't do. She still had to go to a photoshoot today.

Wendy died in her dream. Fear clutched her chest. This couldn't foreshadow the truth could it?

--

Irene had never felt so tired and drained in her entire life. Trying to act cute with a boy she didn't particularly like was tiring enough, but trying to act cute with a boy she didn't like while worrying about Wendy took a ton load of energy from her. She swore she was about to pass out before getting back home.

Her footsteps dragged on the carpeted floor, her fingers fishing for the keys in her pocket.

She stuck the keys in and entered the safety of the dorm. It was dimly lit unlike the past couple days, and it was warm. The heater was on.

Someone was home, but who? The others were never here until late, and Wendy was still--

Wendy was sitting on the sofa listening to music with her earbuds.

Back already?

But she was asleep, leaning back on the sofa, and her head just slightly turned to the side. Irene couldn't help but think she was so pretty in this light. I could be a photographer, she thought but quickly wiped that out. Everyone would find it creepy that she stole a photo of sleeping Wendy--if they ever found out.

Irene gently pulled out the earbuds and turned off the music on Wendy's iPhone. The younger girl was listening to some American pop song she didn't recognize.

Wendy should be sleeping in the bed, not like this on the sofa.

"Seungwan," Irene gently nudged her shoulder. "Seungwan, go to the bed."

Wendy moaned in complaint but blinked her eyes open. "Oh...you're back," she said sleepily but smiled at Irene. "I didn't mean to fall asleep."

"You were waiting for me?" Irene couldn't help but blurt out. Why did you say that? She probably just--

"I wanted to see you."

"W-when did you get back?" Irene spluttered nervously at the latter's reply.

Wendy looked up at her curiously. "After you left. It was a few hours ago."

"You should be sleeping," Irene scolded her.

But the younger girl only chuckled. "I'm fine," she replied.

"No you're not," Irene insisted. "What did the doctor say?"

"I just need to take better care of myself. Oh, and not to eat greasy stuff for now, or anything strong." Wendy reached for Irene's hand, cold against warm. "Anyway, how was your day?"

"You're so cold," Irene said instead. She pressed one hand to the latter's cheek, not missing how Wendy seemed to be pressing back against it.

"You're warm," the latter replied.

Irene sighed. This wasn't going anywhere. "Let's go to sleep," she suggested. Not wasting a minute, she hooked an arm under Wendy's legs and the other against her back before lifting her up. Surprisingly, she wasn't as heavy as she appeared. Wendy lost weight over the last couple days.

"Are you sure you can handle this?" she heard Wendy ask.

"I beat you in arm wrestling," Irene replied.

Luckily, the bedroom door was open so all she had to do was walk in and toss the younger girl on the bed. Unfortunately, her arms were starting to tire and ended up collapsing onto the bed with Wendy.

"Are you ok?" Wendy asked worriedly.

"I should be the one asking you that," Irene remarked.

--

Once Irene finished preparing for a good night's rest, she returned back to the bedroom. She hoped that Wendy would be sleeping during the time alone, but she was still awake.

Wendy was still waiting for her.

Irene wasn't sure if she should be happy or not. She wasn't even sure if Wendy was waiting for her or just simply waiting. There wasn't much evidence to branch from so she turned off the light. Only the nightlight on the wall lit the room for Seulgi's return.

Her heart started to beat stronger as she climbed into bed with Wendy. She often thought herself lucky she was able to share a bed with the girl she had a serious crush on--she could almost believe she was in love with Wendy.

Maybe she was.

Irene lay on her back, eyes shut, hoping she could fall asleep first or better yet, Wendy would fall asleep. However, she was consciously aware that someone was watching her and slowly tangling their fingers with hers.

"Seungwan," she said, trying to sound annoyed. "Go to sleep."

Before she could turn her back on Wendy, the latter literally pounced on her.

"Yah, how can you be this active after just getting out of the hospital?" Irene pushed her off.

Wendy remained unfazed. She snuggled up against Irene's shoulder. "Because you're just old."

Irene groaned. "You're annoying."

But she let Wendy sleep close to her. The only problem was she wasn't sleeping. Her fingers were constantly twitching and rubbing Irene's hand, which was driving the older girl slightly crazy.

Eventually it stopped and she was so sure Wendy had fallen asleep. A sigh of relief escaped her lips as she too relaxed for some much needed rest, but her hope was only short-lived as Wendy spoke up again.

"Unnie?"

"Hm?"

"Do you ever get strange feelings?" Wendy asked.

Irene suppressed a sigh of defeat. "What do you mean?"

"Um...well, I mean," Wendy started nervously. "Like...there's someone who makes you feel home and safe..."

"I guess," Irene replied.

"...and you really like them, but they don't like you back," Wendy finished.

Oh. Irene was kicking herself for not letting Wendy finish. "Why wouldn't they like you back?" she interrogated.

Wendy shrugged. "I dunno. Maybe they're interested in someone else."

Did she mean dating?

Wendy likes somebody? Who? She needed to know. She had to...Irene's heart was falling to pieces at the news. There was no hope now if Wendy was already falling towards a secret someone. A boy? Or a girl?

"Well...how much do you like the person?" Irene asked. Maybe being vague would make Wendy give more precise detail.

"Uh...well I don't know...I just know that I really wanted to see them while I was in the hospital. When I got sick, sh--they were the the one I was thinking of first," Wendy stammered. "They probably won't like me in the same way. They're straight as an arrow."

"Oh? Well how do you know?"

"She flirts with boys," Wendy said, each word dripping with defeat. "on TV."

"Well, maybe it's just an act," Irene pointed out.

"No," the latter shook her head. "I know for a fact. Everyone knows she's the prettiest. Any guy would fall for her."

She?!

Who is this 'she'?

"Seungwan, who is it?" Irene accidentally sounded harsher than intended.

But Wendy kept shut. "You're right. Let's go to sleep."

"No," Irene said firmly. She held on tighter to Wendy's hand that was slowly slipping from hers. "Is it one of those SNSD girls? They're always talking to you."

"Of course not," Wendy replied. "I see this person everyday."

Wendy was sneaking off to see 'her'? Irene's blood was already boiling just like when the men were staring at Wendy's arm in Weekly Idol. She hated it when guys or girls were paying too much attention to Wendy.

"But she doesn't notice."

Wendy sounded sad.

Irene decided to drop the conversation. There was no point. Wendy would be upset, and she would never find out who it was Wendy was so interested in.

So she towards the younger girl and her head. "Well, that's stupid of her then," she said more gently. "If it was meant to be, she'll be there for you; but if not, then it was never meant to happen." She tried to give her a reassuring smile, but her words didn't seem to calm the latter at all.

Wendy sighed. "I guess you're right."

Irene wanted to kiss her.

They were so close, their warmth already shared between the two of them. If only you knew...Irene thought as she closed her eyes. It looked like Wendy would never be hers now.

But then she felt a hand caress her head, fingers running through her hair; and then soft lips gently pressing against her cheek.

Her eyes opened to find Wendy's dark chocolate eyes staring at her. The dim light of the nighlight was casting shadows over them, but highlighting Wendy's soft skin and auburn hair.

"Joohyun...do you like someone?" Wendy murmured.

Irene stopped for a moment. Should she confess or lie? Or just say yes and keep it a secret like Wendy?

"Yes, I do," Irene replied.

"Well, whoever it is, they're really lucky." Wendy looked so wistful. Irene began to wonder if something else was going on in the crazy girl's mind. "You're really pretty, and really nice--sometimes."

"Is that a compliment or not?" Irene joked.

"Both."

They both laughed a little.

"Why did you kiss me just now?" Irene asked her.

"Huh?" Wendy seemed at a loss for a moment. "Oh...I don't know. I just...wanted to...um...well, you're like my older sister. Siblings kiss...I think?"

That made Irene's heart break into pieces. Like an older sister? There was no hope now! If Wendy thought of her as an older sibling, then they could never be together!

"I suppose," she replied heavily.

Wendy was silent. Only Irene's heart beating loudly was breaking the silence--and Irene hoped the other girl couldn't hear it, although it was possible since they were so close together.

"This is no good," Irene remarked. "Why are we so depressed now? Don't think about that person who is breaking your heart." She pat Wendy's head. "We'll meet more people anyway."

"Yeah, but it won't be the same," Wendy said softly. "Because I won't meet anyone like you."

Irene gaped at her. "Me?"

Wendy glanced at her before laughing nervously. "Um...yeah! Because well, if we weren't Red Velvet, I never would have hoped to know you and then we..." she faltered. "I...I don't know, unnie. I just--when you're here, it feels like everything is ok."

"Seungwan...is there by any chance anyway you could tell me who is hurting you like this?" Irene asked slowly.

There was fire in Wendy's eyes as soon as she said those words. "No. Because they may not like me anymore."

This was getting a bit confusing. "They? or me?" Irene prompted.

"Both."

A small burst of frustration bit Irene's chest. This really wasn't getting anywhere.

But the way Wendy was talking. Lots of people did flirting on TV, whether it was reality show, drama, any sort of interaction that was supposedly comedic or simply for entertainment. So far, she didn't know anyone else except herself and maybe other SM members on TV...but flirting? Who could Wendy be so jealous over?

I don't flirt with Bogum do I? She remembered past times when he would make a stupid joke and they were supposed to laugh. Or they would imitate someone of something before introducing the next band. That wasn't flirting was it? Then she remembered that another time they were supposed to act all cute together...

"Do you like Bogum?" Wendy broke her thoughts.

"What? No," Irene said quickly. "Never!"

"Oh ok. I was just wondering."

Irene was puzzled. Did Wendy really think she was interested in him just because they were...flirting?

"Seungwan, why would you think that?" she asked.

The younger shrugged. "It just seemed that way, that's all."

"Oh, so can I say that you're interest in Seulgi because you guys were playing around on the radio station?" Irene challenged her. "Or you were laughing on Weekly Idol because you liked that they were trying to check out your biceps?" Her tone was becoming more frustrated. I want you, Seungwan!

"W-what? Of course not!" Wendy spluttered. "Look, let's just drop this. I'm sorry I even brought it up."

Irene wished she could bite back those words. She hadn't meant to sound angry, but having to watch Wendy feel sad over someone else while being oblivious to Irene's interests was deeply irritating. The older girl wished that she could just tell Wendy what her true heart felt, but she feared that the younger wouldn't accept. What if she was freaked out by Irene's interest in her? What if--

But Wendy said that she would never get to meet someone like Irene...

Irene cupped Wendy's chin in her hand and she moved closer to her. "Seungwan, whoever it is you'll be with will be lucky too," Irene murmured with softened eyes. "They don't know what they're missing. You're smart and pretty, and talented...you can bake tasty food, you're nice..." Heck, there was a whole list, but those were the first thing on her mind.

Wendy's eyes glowed. "I could say the same about you," she said. "the only thing is that you're a ert. You like touching my ."

Irene was trapped. There was nothing to defend herself with. "Well...you don't stop me."

"You wouldn't listen anyway," Wendy retorted playfully.

Irene smiled. Some of Wendy's old spark was returning.

"Joohyun, do you think we'll be friends for a long time?" Wendy asked quietly.

"Of course," Irene replied. "That won't change."

Wendy only wanted to be friends...

Irene swallowed and glanced at Wendy's lips.

"If anything were to ever happen, would you...?"

Irene tightened her hold on Wendy's chin and moved closer until their bodies were pressing. "Seungwan, no matter what, I'll be there."

And she gently pressed her lips to the younger's.

There had been no time to think. It was now or never--and Irene couldn't wait any longer. Two years had passed with this secret crush of hers. She had thought it was just a silly little crush, but then it slowly grew into a deep felt love to her friend. She loved all of them, but she felt something more towards to Wendy. People might have called it obsession of infatuation--perhaps she was; but she wanted to do all she could for Wendy. She wanted to protect her, and keep her safe, comfort her when she needed someone.

She wanted to be someone Wendy could come home to.

Because here, all Wendy had was the members of Red Velvet.

Wendy's lips were so soft against hers. Every movement--every touch was perfectly matched.

"I-I'm sorry," Irene stammered once they pulled away. "I..." Seungwan, you don't understand how much I wish you were mine.

But Wendy's eyes were still glowing. She pressed against Irene and lay her head on her shoulder. "Joohyun, you're so warm," she murmured.

Irene wrapped her arms around her hoping that her warmth would be enough for Wendy tonight.

"I was talking about you," Wendy continued.

Irene was already tired, but her heart warmed at those words. "I like you a lot, Seungwan," she managed to say.

She recieved no answer this time.

Wendy had finally fallen asleep.

Seungwan likes me...She shut her eyes and let the warmth she was sharing with Wendy pull her into sleep.
