Description

Something happened. What happened?! A girl who wakes up on a train, forgot what kind of past she lived in. Where is she?! What world is she in?! This was not her. But it was her! But why...why can she not remember?! So, she just goes along with what this world is offering her and this journey. It seems a bit grimey than expected. And what? There's love?! Love in the name of romance! Just how much more does she need on her hands?! Woah! What is this story about...?

Foreword

So what is going to happen is the story will have you as a character. You'll be starring as a Hmong-American girl that her last name is 'Her'. I decided to put my culture into this story (but I am the more americanized way of Hmong), haha. For now, reading the list of characters then just skip all the way to the bottom to have some idea about Hmong culture that I shall provide if necessary for you to know through out this story of my original characters. P.S. The only info I am putting out in text is Gender, Age, Race. Other than that, maybe a decorative drawing of a photo to picture the characters!~

About Hmong Culture(the gist of things)...:
You can't marry or date someone with the same last name. That's dirty (IT'S TABOO). It's like dating/marrying a sister or brother.
Now, as americanized hmong folks, it's hard to tell who to who is really related. The people are pretty far-spread out. So really, we're all just like, "Hey, what's up, FAM." Otherwise we really don't know each other unless our grandparents introduce the side of the family that we're 'close' to. Or when some Hmong people are from the ghetto side of life...., pretty hard to get along---I heard. That's where some people come up with 'hmoob tsis hlub hmoob' which means, "Hmong doesn't love Hmong" which is refferring to how we don't love each other and our race is fallen apart and families are torn. I think it's pretty sad, personally.
Some Hmong kids wish they were not Hmong or born into a Hmong family. Things do get pretty tough. Kids are like, "I don't want to be Hmong. I hate Hmong people. Why do I have to live this life."
Most Hmong people are either Shaman or Christian. Hmong people originated from Shamanism then converted to Christianity after the secret Vietname war that the Americans helped fight to bring us to a safer life.
The reason why Hmong life is hard is because of how people talk a lot of , gossip, call people out, Hmong Pride, if so---hmong people being born on the ghetto side, not getting a good education, 'they're spoiled kids because their parents didn't discipline them' fact in life about most kids(not just Hmong kids), Asian parents, (asian parents have weapons like the sandle, hanger, any stick, bamboo stick, broom, any wire or cables, their hands and knuckles, the belt, their words, etc.) Alot of stuff that is bad, but hey, see the good side once in a while. It's a fun life.
Hmong people are either hard-working or lazy. Hmong community majority HATE lazy people. If lazy, you're a bad kid. Though, people are just people so people try to see past that and just let it go and continue with life. But to that moment, you're an outcast and have no life. Especially the women.
Women need to work super hard in the household! If not, they're not wife material. Which hmong call it Nyab500. That means you only cost $500. That is your cost as a women in life and THAT IS CHEAP(it's certainly not a compliment...). The money thing accumalates from parents selling their daughters to hmong men who pay for them. Hmong men need to pay for the ladies if they want to have them and take them away from their family. Once women marry into a guy's family she takes his last name and she now belongs to HIS family. She cannot go back to her family. Otherwise now, being americanized, it shouldn't matter much and people just don't go around selling their daughters. They love their daughters. But just if they're too 'into' the culture then they might consider the whole forced-marriage. Forced-marriages also come from hasty parents who REALLY want the money, or REALLY want their child to be married and live well, or really they just made a contract or something of some sort to another hmong parent to marry their children and they keep promises, haha. Anyways, there are two types of marriages, Hmong wedding or American wedding. Hmong wedding is when you invite lots of people and then there is the after party and people drink ALOT and the men are having their talk. Boys at the age of..., I think 12 or something are allowed to drink and take shots and speak with OGs(Old geezers). Otherwise, when you're a Hmong Christian, you shouldn't stay for the after party or be drinking or anything. It makes you look bad.
Hmong people working hard. In Hmong culture, they have gardens. Their gardens are HUGE. No joke. If you see a huge garden in the backyard a house that is carefully being taken care of, chances are--that's a Hmong person living in that house. Usually it is just Old Hmong people that do gardening because they have more expirience and it's more in their blood to garden all day. You see..., we have'em Hmong hoes. Hahahah. I am just kidding, it comes from a Hmong Meme. But yeah, bad girls who do bad things and are boy crazy or just in love with themselves I think are called Poj laib, I guess they're what you're not supposed to be called if you don't want Hmong people looking at you weird and talking stuff about you. Then, we have fobs. Fresh off the boats. They listen to fobby Hmong music that is actually really good. They can barely speak english but they're trying or they speak full english, they just live the hmong culture to the fullest.
