late at night you were on your bed drowning in your own sadness not actually knowing why or where this sadness was coming from

"what the hell is that" you thought irritated at that sound disturbing your meditation
"why is it not stopping" you close your eyes
"" you finally realized where that sound was coming from
your phone
you picked it up and an irritated yet worried voice answered
"YA! WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING TO YOU WHY ARE YOU NOT ANSWERING??" his voice was mad but you knew he was just worried
"i'm okay don't worry i was just drowning" you answered calmly
"drowning??? are you swimming??" he suddenly seemed so distressed
"lmao what no i'm at home on my bed" you laughed

"i knew it. it's vacation & it's impossible for you to be outside. you were probably just on your bed the entire day" he was being cocky

"ya. if you called just to disturb my alone time im hanging up" you threatened irritated at someone disturbing your so-called alone time aka your entire summer
"ok im here in front of your gate though but if you want to continue drowning in your own sadness then i guess i'd just get going now"

and you knew that he was smirking as he said that

"i give you 10 minutes to get ready"

and the next thing you knew you were already showering and getting dressed
it was past 10 minutes but you knew that he would wait
he knew you too well and he knew that 10 minutes would never be enough for you to get ready
15 minutes passed
you're finally on the way out of your house when he starts driving
"YA!!!" you shout at the top of your lungs then realize that it was already 11 pm
"i told you 10 minutes right? you're 5 minutes late" he teasingly told you as he looked through the side mirror
"GET BACK HERE" you 'shouted' at a much softer voice
"nope, you walk here it's punishment for being late" he smirked
