Krystal, a young and beautiful girl, who believes in being independent and has a huge self-respect ,runs her own small Bakery and Cake Shop in seoul (Hannam Dong).

After her parents early demise, her grandparents, uncle and aunt raised her. This indebtedness turns Krystal into a contradistinction submissive women each time she is found within the boundaries of her home. But in the world outside home, she is still the “in-control-of-everything” Krystal that she has been since childhood.

There are only two unfinished chapters in her life :

One is to repay her uncle and aunt for taking such a good care of her.

The other is to mend her relationship with a long-lost childhood friend – Myungsoo

Myungsoo, who is very smart and ambitious by nature and a Business man by profession. He came back to seoul from america after 6 years to attend his sister's wedding for a short period of time . He was once in love with his childhood friend named jung soojung but was left with deep scars given by her . He hates her and wants to take his revenge once he spotted her .

when he was in high school with krystal , they practically loved to hangout together but since myungsoo used to look like a geek with his glasses and studious image ,she always avoided him in crowded areas specially school,she was afraid of attracting weird rumours but because of this situation she left an incurable scar in myungsoo's heart . One of the reasons why he left seoul was krystal.
