Sitting on the bench outside Tiffany ward, I’m looking both my hands

“We can perform a surgery to bring out the tumor. But we have some problem with it”

I knocked the door and opened it. I saw her was staring out through the window, sitting on her bed. She was looking at the night sky.

 

 

“Hey…”

 

She turned.

 

“Hey…” She let out a weak smile.

 

 “I bring your favorite today”

 

I put the lunch box on the table beside her bed and took a seat.

 

“Gumawo”

 

 

 She smiled.

 

 

“Have you eaten your medicine?”

 

“Yeah”

 

“Good girl” I’m ruffling her hair.

 

“Tae...”

 

“Yes?”

 

“Can I go home? I’m okay now”

 

 

Tiffany really doesn’t like staying in the hospital. She hates it.

I quickly opened the door to see her conditions after receiving a call from her. Her voice was not like usual.

 

 

She was crying….

 

 

I saw her legs were up to her chest and her face was buried between her legs. I approached her.

 

 

“Hey, what’s wrong?” I sat on her bed beside her.

 

There’s no answer… I only can hear a slow sobbing from her.

 

“Tiffany” I slowly pulled her arms so I can see her face.

 

I was right… She was crying.

 

“Hey…” I wiped her tears using my thumbs. “Tell me what’s happen?”

 

I couldn’t stand seeing her like this…. It was hurting me… Where’s the cheerful Hwang that I used to see.

 

“H-he’s leaving me…” Tiffany said between her sobbing.

 

“Who?” I couldn’t understand.

 

“N-nickhun Oppa cancelled our e-engagement”
