Sweat streamed down his face. The intoxicating scent of the intruder, he wanted to puke. Unable to make eye-contact he stared down at his feet. “He’s so ugly~” He made a mental note to ignore the malicious laugh hunting his fragile heart. ‘Thud’ harshly dumped on the torn pages which once used to be his Science book. “Oh so pathetic!” Screeches were audible in the distant but, he remained in the same spot smiling bitterly to himself. Suddenly he could hear his melodious voice desperately calling his name. He wanted to see that pure face but, his mind told him otherwise. It was a dream, unreachable… not reality.  He stayed emotionless gazing blankly at the white ceiling. Shakily he picked up the ripped pieces of paper. Attempted to escape, he fled from the school compound to somewhere safe … escape so far out of reach … His fate was cruel …. “I’m no longer needed in this world” …

“        It’s better if I disappear completely” No one will notice me gone ...        "
