AFF authors always have a huge problem, that is where to look for layouts that is suitable for whatever that they plan to do. Look no further!!!! Here is a recommendation list summarizing and listing out different layout shops and archives which provide you with stylish and nice layouts.

QUESTION
Why does the lists contain so little shops?
The lists are for shops that provide one type of layout only. However Most shops do not only provide a single type of layout. Most shops are listed as 'Individual Shop Recommendation.
Veelah! Veelah is a great coder (probably the most clever coder out there) although she don't own layout shop. however, i see she posts the coolest mobile friendly layouts good for stories or even shops at the layout marketplace
