Confessions

First Snow

It was the first snow fall in Korea and the first week of December, Bit Hit decided to give BTS a small break for the upcoming holidays, now everyone knew that Namjoon and Jin were dating so it wasn't surprising that they wanted to spend it together, everyone else had gone their separate ways, Yoongi and Jimin went to the beach, the cold weather was to much for them, Jungkook and Hoseok went home to spend time with their families, Taehyung went on vacation to China. Namjoon strolled down the sidewalk, kicking at the snow, not paying much attention to where he was going but that didn't matter, there was hardly anybody outside anyways. He was meeting Jin for coffee and had just turned the corner when he saw him, standing bundled up next to the cafe door, Namjoon smiled and hurried over, placing a kiss on his lips,

"Hey, been waiting here long?" He asked and opened the door, allowing Jin to walk in first,

"Nope, just got here actually, really glad you could make it." He smiled, "Come on, I have something for you." He said and picked a table in the corner, just like outside there was hardly anybody in here as well, but that made it better,

"So what's up?" Namjoon asked, taking his coat off, it was a lot warmer out here than outside, Jin smiled and took a single rose out of his coat and handed it to Namjoon,

"For you. I know it's probably really corny, I just didn't know what else to get you..." He said looking down, Namjoon smiled and took the rose,

"Ah you know me, I like corny, thank you." He said with a small laugh, "It's really sweet, honest. Here." He handed Jin a small box of chocolates, "And you thought a rose was corny." Jin laughed,

"We're something, aren't we?" He asked and took Namjoons hand, "But I'm happy with who we are, so it's okay. I, uh, I want to take you somewhere after this, alright?" He asked, obviously blushing. Namjoon blinked with confusion,

"Where?" He asked, tilting his head, it wasn't really like Jin to be so secretive like this, than again there were still some things he hadn't learned about him yet, Jin just shook his head and smiled,

"You'll see, it's a surprise." He said putting a single finger to his lips, "Now, if I told you, it ruin it all." He winked and looked down at his menu, "Now how about we order something, huh?" Namjoon didn't question it but looked at his own menu, Jin took that opportunity to take out a small black velvet box, he opened it and looked down at the shiny ring, I hope this works.  He quickly put it back when he notice Namjoon look up,

"Uh, so w-what are you getting?" He asked, he knew Namjoon was suspicious of something but he brushed it off,

"Just a small cake and some tea, not all that hungry, you?" He asked, taking Jins hand from across the table,

"Probably the same thing." Jin said, closing his menu, he looked up and smiled, how lucky was he to have someone like Namjoon in his life, he slowly rubbed small circles against the back of Namjoons hand,

"What?" Namjoon asked when he noticed Jin staring at him,

"Nothing. I guess I'm just lucky to have you, that's all." He said and leaned over, giving him a quick kiss, "And I wouldn't want anything else." He said and a waitress walked over soon after, taking their order. Snow still fell outside as they waited, soft music played over head, they sat and talked about really anything that came to their minds. It was about twenty minutes before their food  came out, they thanked her and went back to talking,

"But really, you think you can beat Hoseok in a dance battle? You didn't even know how to dance when we first started out!" Jin laughed, Namjoon pouted,

"I-I can try..." He said looking away, Jin gently took his chin and lifted it up,

"I never said you couldn't, I was just playing around." He said and dropped his hand, "Come on, time for your surprise." He said and took Namjoons hand, helping him from the table, they paid for their food and stepped outside, Namjoon slipping back into his coat, Jin linked his arm with Namjoons and slowly made his way down the sidewalk. He led Namjoon to an inside garden just down the road, it was lit with lights and the flowers were in full bloom, making the room smell amazing. Jin gripped he small box tightly with his other hand, his heart beating fast. He stopped in his tracks,

"Namjoon, wait, I, uh, I have to tell you something," He paused, taking both of his hands, "I fell in love with you the minute I saw you, and at first I was to afraid to say anything but than you came up to me and said you liked me, so that made it easier for me. What I'm trying to say is that I love you Namjoon and I want to spent eternity with you," He paused and got down on one knee, taking the box out, "Will you make me the happiest man alive and do the honor of becoming my husband?" He asked, Namjoon was speechless, tears fell down his face, he put a hand over his mouth and slowly nodded,

"Y-Yes..." He whispered, "I'll marry you Jin." Jin smiled and threw his arms around Namjoons neck, kissing him full on the mouth, they broke apart but stayed close, foreheads pressing against each others,

"I'm so happy, I'm so happy..." Jin said, by now he to had tears running down his face, "I really couldn't wish for anybody but you in my life." He said and leaned down kissing him again.

   Everything was just perfect now.
