Chapter 1: I know what should you do with Jackson's character. Here's my suggestion: Jackson should be someone who really notices Wendy (which Mark fails to do, hence she was friendzoned by Mark). In other word, Jackson is the one who falls in love with Wendy. Kinda like Choi Siwon's character in the drama She Was Pretty. Hehe
