Ghouls are carnivorous and cannibalistic species that only feed on humans and other ghouls.
Just like in Tokyo Ghoul (anime show), the ghouls here will also possess an organ that breaks through the skin. They call it the Kagune in the anime, but I don't know what to call it here yet.
In the last chapter of Ravenous Brother, Sehun already showed his organ kagune thingy ;_;
