After jogging a couple of laps Halla rests besides Jungkook breathing heavily

Noticing this Jungkook focused his attention on her

"Hal, are you okay?" he asks worriedly seeing the girl looking fragile and pale while placing his palms on top of her forehead

She barely nods before she falls unconscious onto his shoulder

His eyes widen and he quickly gets up carrying her bridal style to the nurses office

The nurse guides them into a room and Jungkook sets Halla onto the bed letting the nurse do a check up on his unconscious best friend

"is she okay?" he asks the nurse as soon as she was finished doing her check up

"She is fine but it would be better if we waited il she woke up to confirm what's the cause of her fainting. It would be most likely from her not eating regularly seeing how her face is pale, not to mention she's really skinny probably underweight as well"

"thank you mrs. Kim"

She nods and exits the room closing the door behind her

Soft mumbles could be heard and Jungkook watches as her peaceful sleeping face turns into a frown

She's having a nightmare.

He quickly sits on the chair besides her bed and holds her hand tightly remembering that he would always hold her hand when she would have nightmares in the past to calm her down

He's relieved as he finds her face no longer showing a frown but a peaceful smile

Unknowingly he smiles back and unconsciously falls asleep with her warm, soft hands still in his grasp

2 hours later

Halla slowly flutters her eyes open.

She takes a while to slowly process what happened but before she could get up she sees Jungkook by her side holding her hand, a smile forms on her face
