☇ skoolboi — c-jes' new boy group — apply open! ( revamping layouts )
the guidelines
about skoolboi. c-jes entertainment has been working on this project for two years. for the past year, they had jyj personally train the members of skoolboi before they started their military service. the trainees were split into three groups, each group mentored by each jyj member. main vocal/visual and lead vocal/maknae make up the vocal unit, mentored by jaejoong. leader/main rap/face and lead rap/vocal make up the rap unit, mentored by yoochun. lead vocal/dance and main dance/vocal make up the dance unit, mentored by junsu. the triple threat was mentored by all three.
the basics. as far as names, ages, and ethnicities are concerned, it depends on what plotline you are going for. so it's a must for you to read the plotlines! i suggest that you keep the plotline page & cheatsheet open while doing your app. try to be creative with the nicknames, nothing that is overused. like say your character is named minseok, don't put down minnie as a nickname because it's a given that others may call him that. so only mention those that are creative and have a story behind them.
shining anytime anywhere. i put example faceclaims down on the plotline page for each position. they are only examples. you do not have to use them. they are there to help you see how i picture each member to look like. with that being said, idols only. i may accept actors, models, and ulzzangs, but they better have a lot of gifs. if not then i'm gonna tell you to change it. as for height & weight, it's totally fine for your character to be underweight. nothing too drastic, okay? blood type doesn't have to match their personality, cause someone can be ab, but have the characteristics of b. in appearance, piercings are okay, but be reasonable with the tattoos. as tattoos are seen as a taboo, make sure they are able to be covered easily (but then there's jaejoong with his y tattoos-- /shot).
i am the public enemy. traits only for personality. you may elaborate if needed, but i don't really need it. i can get a feel of your character by reading their background and trivia. as for background, please check the plotlines. some of them have a basic outline of what their background is like. as for trivia, i love trivia. just don't go too overboard with them.
like follows like men. you may have an idol sibling, but it must make sense. the only plotlines that i see that can have a possible idol sibling is tba. don't add too many idols as friends since they are rookies. it's totally fine to add the jyj or lil miss in there. lil miss is like the little sisters of skoolboi. though they have not debuted yet, so only c-jes, jyj, and skoolboi know about them.
there's no flaw to find. stage name & persona are explained in the app. as for talent twins, please let them make since. if your character is main vocal, do not give him minho as a rapping twin, alright? if your character is only a vocal, do not give him jonghyun as a vocal twin. as for variety twin, try to make them match their personality.
god thanks, baby you're so special. this section is totally optional. any kind of relationship is allowed. and when i mean any, i mean any. boy, girl, or another trans. i'm totally okay with it. you may use lil miss or other applicants at love interests. if you want to know more about each lil miss member, just give me a pm. ocs are allowed, but i don't want everyone to have an oc love interest (cause then that means more work for me to add more characters otl). please make their relationship realistic, okay? cliche is perfectly fine if it's realistic.

otto has taken. buffy plotline, bts' v as faceclaim, bts' v as talk twin, bts' jungkook as vocal twin, bts' jimin as dance twin, madtown's buffy as rap twin, bts' v as variety twin, du eun soo as love interest.
brownie points
using any of the example faceclaims or using rookie/underrated groups for faceclaims. mentioning eren and bae in your application whether in the relationship section or trivia section. keeping the layout neat and clean.
