Super Junior were visiting Los Angeles for a world tour, it was 9pm and their third last night in the states. He was walking down the pier with his boyfriend Eunhyuk. Their relationship was a secret from mostly everyone, the only people that knew where Super Junior and their families. But they didn’t mind, as long as they were together that’s all that mattered to them.

Hae admired the sea across the beach, before he felt surprised when he felt his boyfriends hand take his own.

“Hyuke we can’t people might look” Hae hesitated.

“No they won’t this is America, gays are free here” Hyuke smiled at his lover as he returned the favour. The two of them were celebrating their 16 year anniversary, and although they weren’t doing much for it, this was enough. Just being able to hold hands in a public place in a beautiful country was enough for them.

“Do you want to go on the beach?” Eunhyuk asked, his boyfriend nodded.

The two of them headed down to the beach where they took their shoes off to walk in the shallow tides together, hand in hand in the darkness of the night with only the lights from the pier guiding them. Hae giggled as he tugged at his boyfriend playfully, Hyuke laughed back. They felt so peaceful, Hae noticed a crowed at the pier as he stopped.

“Hey look it’s the group!” Donghae smiled as the rest of Super Junior stood on the pier waving over to the two of them, Hae wondered how they knew where they were but he didn’t question it and began walking with his boyfriend again.

“Hae, you know I love you” Hyuke stopped in front of his boyfriend smiling. Donghae smiled back

“Yeah I know, I love you too, more than anything” Donghae have off his puppy like smile.

Before Hae knew it, his boyfriend was down on one knee, pulling a small box out of his pocket. Hae’s eyes widened, he really didn’t expect this.

“Lee Donghae…”

“Oh my god.”

“The past sixteen years with you have been amazing, ever since I met you in high school I think I’ve literally been obsessed with you.”

Donghae smirked shyly.

“So my fishy. America is so well known for its support of gays, and here we can get married in the next few days, so Donghae… will you marry me?”

Donghae covered his mouth with is hands has his boyfriend opened the small box to see a sapphire blue ring awaiting him. He could hear the rest of SJ cheering in the background.

“You idiot, of course I will” Hae smiled before Hyuke put the ring on his wedding finger. He stood up to kiss his fiancé and hold him close. With the cheers of Super Junior in the background. This moment couldn’t have been any better.
