When two ex star-crossed lovers, Jung Yonghwa and Seo Seohyun meet once again as Hospital Intern Partners, Five years after their engagement call off will they finally be able to get along or will they just do their best to get each other fired? And what happens when Jung Yonghwa starts to fall for Seohyun's sister?....
THE CHARACTERS
Seo Seohyun
The ex-girlfriend of Jung Yonghwa and is very smart, witty and caring but her weakness is that she's sometimes too emotional and doesn't like to accept fault on herself. She doesn't come from a rich family and is extremely grateful that she gets to work as a doctor, she has a blind sister to look after and she has a son- Seo Yonghyun. Her reason for calling off the engagement is because she was certain Yonghwa was cheating on her.
Jung Yonghwa
An obnoxious, rich but sweet and funny man who is the ex-boyfriend of Seohyun, he is very VERY flirty and comes from an extremely wealthy family. He is currently dating Kim Taeyeon and hates the idea that Seohyun is a better doctor than him and that they have to be trainee partners. His reason for calling off the engagement is that Seohyun can't look after the household and is too emotional.
Kyuhyun
The head chief of the emergancy department and training coach for the interns. He's young and is very strict and usually moody but deep down inside he's actually extremely caring for everyone and just doesn't want anyone to get hurt...
Im Yoona
The co-chief and proffesional doctor and surgeon of the emergancy department, she used to be a doctor in England but got transfered back to Korea for 2 months to train the interns properly. She is very advanced and loads of hospitals want her, she does however get quiet jealous sometimes.
Hwang Tiffany
One of the interns who is known for being pretty, popular and smart. She has a crush on Yonghwa and is best friends with Nichkhun, she is secretly very rich and is the daughter of a minister from America- Hwang Jisung. She tries hard to get along with Seohyun but it doesn't seem to work.
Horvejkul Nichkhun
The best friend and admirer of Tiffany, he's sweet, comical and dorky and is one of the advanced interns of the group. He's always sorting out the bickering Taehyung and Seulgi and spends his spare time taking photos and organising sweet surprises for Tiffany. Tiffany's parents however don't approve of him because he's not of higher-class.
Kim Taehyung
One of the younger interns alongside Kang Seulgi whom he hates, however they are placed as partners and work well together. Taehyung is still like a teenage boy and so loves punk and rock music and usually goes on Saturdays to see Indie Band Concerts. He's focused, musical and quirky.
Kang Seulgi
The youngest of the intern group with Taehyung, she's more quieter and moodier than the rest and hates Taehyung to bits because she knew him from High School and claims him as "One of those rude bully boys.". She however secretly loves punk music and even if she doesn't admit it she likes Taehyung...
