“WAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!”

A hearty laugh filled the small café in the middle of a busy street in Hong Kong City. Eyes quickly shot to 5 oddly covered up young men, one of which quickly lowered his head in shame while the other 4 traded between giving their shame-stricken friend disappointed looks and bowing their heads in apology to the other customers in the shop.

As soon as everything seemed to settle down, they knew that the youngest was about to get it from the dragon. “Yah. Maknae. Are you trying to get us caught here,” said the leader with a strong tone. Although his face was almost entirely hidden by his mask, you could practically feel the heat coming from his eyes, staring down the youngest member. “This is the only time we get for ourselves, so don’t mess it up, araso?”

It was true. They’ve been traveling all over the world for the past 7 months, fulfilling their promise to the fans to visit them wherever they were. Their latest album has predictably been a hit, and they’ve been busier than ever. Ever since their last release in August, things have settled down a bit, and allowed them to relax, or at least as much as they’ll ever be during this stressful period. They decided to make a short stop in Hong Kong before touching down in Japan. They decided to do a little fan service by openly walking around a little in Hong Kong’s busiest district before using some well-dressed decoys to enjoy a little time of their own.

“Ah, mianhe hyung, it was just too funny when I saw this.” He flipped over his phone to show the rest of the boys a news site he’s been surfing on.

Laughter filled the shop again as his 3 hyungs just let one rip after trying to hold their laughter in, while the eldest hyung just looked at the news with an amused look.

After another round of apologies to the other patrons of the café, they read through the news, with bits of snickering in between.

“Wah! Daebak, Seunghyun-yah! How did you even find this,” asked Daesung.

“Seriously, hyung, you should look at these sites more often. There are so many things you would find so funny.” He answered before scoffing at another weird headline on his phone.

“Netizens are seriously incredible though,” added Youngbae. “They will really find anything. I still can’t believe Rinnie and I got caught.”

“Ani, that’s really nothing compared to how I got “caught”. I mean, really?  A couple of Instagram pictures?” he said begrudgingly, talking about his “scandal” with the Girl’s Generation kid leader. “They were not even that similar!”

“You’re just mad that they figured out you’re flirting with her even before she did, aren’t you, Jiyong-ie?”

“It’s not my fault! Seriously, that kid is intensely dense,” he said with a pout, before he realized someone’s been awfully quiet. “Besides, shouldn’t we be focused on the culprit here,” pointing his mouth towards the uncharacteristically quiet TOP.

“Yeah, hyung, why is Krystal-shi in your house? Did you trading in for the younger model,” little Seunghyun said with a mischievous smile, accompanied by the wiggling of his eyebrows, which earned him nothing but a smack to the back of the head.

“Pabo-yah. How could Seunghyun-hyung have brought her there when we’ve practically been stuck to each other for months,” retorted Jiyong, “Besides, do you really want to be in the receiving end of the princess’ rage with what you just said?” Reminding himself of the capabilities of his noona when she’s mad, he quickly quieted himself down, to the amusement of his hyungs.

Quickly realizing himself of his girlfriend’s propensity to get jealous, he got nervous real quickly. “Oh no. You think she’d be mad about this? She couldn’t possible—“

~Ringing~ [Ice Princess calling]

“I think you jinxed yourself, hyung,” snickered the panda, earning himself another knock to the head.

“Aish~,” he said before excusing himself to answer his destiny. I’m screwed… “Yeoboseyo? P-princess--,” he answered nervously until he heard something he didn’t expect to hear.
