Could you come to terms with needing something too good for you?
He never took things for granted,but had to face facts:this bookworm alike had been there with him,until even the Heavens couldn't break their invisible link.
He never had to fear,hate or fight his condition,because she already did all those things for him.
Foreword
"....too good to... be good ...for me...."he mouthed the words with enough struggle to welcome a coughing fit."..too bad that...that's all...I ...need."
Her faint smile was the most beautiful thing he ever saw the past painful hours they had him strapped to that cold hospital bed.He wished he could cry out his frustration,but the tear strained face that shushed him as he spoke deprived him of that also.
Like always, she did anything and everything for him and he still couldn't hate her for that.
He was a coward.
He was finally so scared that,just for that instant he would allow himself to take a sip of her and get wasted on her.
"....it might be...the drugs tal...talking,but I'm so high ...on you,now."he draw a shallow breath,his lungs set on fire instantly.
His happy little pill could still fix him.Will he still be able to have that after losing the battle with life?
