"Sehun? Aren't you going to turn in your sketch this time?"

Sehun smiled timidly while looking at the sketch he has made for his art class today. Today, they were asked to make another sketch that will serve as an outline for their next painting. He looked at what he has made for the next two hours, and sighed lowly.

"I guess, I won't turn something in today. Again. I'm sorry Mrs. Roberts." He said and shook his head while smiling.

His arts teacher, Mrs. Roberts, just gave him a knowing smile and nodded. "It's alright. Just make sure you'll have the complete outline over the next two weeks before our painting schedule, okay?" She said and smiled again. 

Sehun nodded at her and started to clear his things up and went out of his classroom and on to the parking lot. He let out another sigh, not because he hadn't turned in another sketch yet again, but because he failed to put on to life what he exactly wanted on the sketch.

"Damn, Oh Sehun! You're so stupid. You're just plain stupid!" He said, hitting his forehead with the back of his right hand. He's now on his car, and he's scolding himself for what happened today. "You memorized it, right?! Eyes, nose, lips! How can you not put it to life? How can you be so stupid?!"

Flashbacks of what happened 5 years ago went replaying on his mind again.

"Oh Sehun!"

Loud thuds of running foot steps are approaching him in the porch swing he's sitting on. He then felt someone sit down beside him, and tapped his head. Of course, he knows who this is.

"Yeonnie." He said, turning his head slowly to the side.

"Wow, your wounds haven't healed yet you can see me now? Daebak~!" The girl let out a lively laughter, making him smile. "Kidding, though." She said and crumpled his hair gently. "I can't believe it. I'm so happy for you, Sehun. You're going to see the world now. The long wait's over in three days."

Sehun slowly smiled at what she said. Yes, indeed, he's going to the world he's only imagined in his mind for over 17 years of his existence. But his smile slowly disappeared again.

"Hey, aren't you happy? Come on, Sehun! It's your greatest dream, right? To finally see the beautiful world God has created. You know we've been praying for this moment to come, right? Now you're just a step away. Cheer up!" She cheerfully said.

"No, believe me, I'm happy and thankful." He sighed and slumped back. "It's just that..."

"That...?"

"Uh... nothing. Never mind." He said and took a deep breath again. Silence enveloped the atmosphere, only Yeonnie's rocking of the porch swing can be heared. "Yeonnie?"

She was smiling brightly as she turned his head to him. "Yes?"

Sehun took aother breath and scooted closer to her. His hands slowly moved up to her face, and started tracing her features. Yeonnie, though a bit surprised, stayed still.

"S-sehun?"

"Shh... Keep still." He gently said, wanting her to keep herself from moving. He moved his fingers along her jaw, her cheeks, her chin. "No matter how happy I am that I'll be able to see the world now, I'm still sad...because I won't be seeing you."

"W-what?"

He started tracing her features again. This time, she began with her eyes... then her nose... and her lips.. each lingering, trying to memorize it all. "Promise me, that we'll see each other again..." He whispered closely against her lips, cupping her cheeks.

"...I promise."

A tear has escaped his eyes as he stops his reminiscing at the moment. It's been 5 years since they promised that they'll see each other soon, but till now, he has never seen her.

The girl who became his eyes before, letting him see the world in an extraordinary way, is the one he haven't seen yet.

"Yeonnie, wait for me. I'll find you, see you and we'll never part again."
