"ah, i was at Mars again, just to tell you, me going to Mars everyday just happened a week ago, when...he started avoiding me, ugghh! hes done sooo much damage to me just by avoiding me!"
She went to the girl's washroom and soaked her face
"hi there viewers and readers! forgot to introduce myself, im Si Eun Park, my bestfriend since the very beginning is Ryeowook, well, i think not at this rate though, he started avoiding me just last week, i dont know why, even his friends dont know why, well, hes mysterious after all, but, something bothers me, when he avoids me, i feel a some sort of stab-tingling feeling around my chest, first time i felt it when he starts avoiding me*sigh* i dont call him Wookie too, if i use it, it feels like im just any other girl if i call him that"
she went outside the washroom and went to her classroom, then saw Ryeowook on the way. hes with a bunch of girls
"so, Ryeowook, i heard your working at a part-time job"
"yeah, i am"
"so, can i go there after school?"
"of course"
"but, after school, can we please go to a gaming station?"
"ok, sure, but, only for a few minutes kay?"

"he let them go to the gaming station after school, after he turned down my offer, i kinda feel like crying now"
She ran hurriedly to her room

"yeah, i guess so"
"ok, please go back to your seat"
She returned to her seat and Ryeowook entered the room

"class ended, i stalked them, i dont know why. I saw them play but Ryeowooks face isnt the same when, we play games. Afer awhile, they went to his part-time job, hes a counter, he doesnt look like hes having fun"
when i felt that, i was planning to go home, but behind me was Sungmin
"whatre you doing here?"
"ah, i..i was just...wandering around"
"are you sure?"
"yeah, i was"
"i thought you were searching for Wookie"
"no im not!"
"ok? i thought Wookie's part time job is somewhere here, well, ill keep searching bye bye"
"ah, yeah, bye"
Si Eun continued on walking home.
Few weeks passed. He was still avoiding her

"doctor, what is her sickness?"
"its not just sickness maám, she has a Heart Cancer" Si Euns mother was shocked and tears fell from her eyes
"is..is she gonna be alright?"
"unfortunately not, maám, she need to have a heart transplant, which is rare here, we might not fina a suitable heart for her"
"oh no, oh no!"
"but, maám she might not be able to survive, if shes given too much stress and negative emotions,she might have a heart failure"
"is there any way to treat her?"
"im afraid not maam, her symptoms are very different from a normal heart cancer"
"how many days can she still survive?"
"1 month till now"

"im getting tired of YOU avoiding ME!!" Si Eun shouted infront of Ryeowook while she banged his desk, few of their classmates looked at them
"whatre you talking about? im not avoiding you"
"YES YOU WERE!! do you even KNOW how it feels to get AVOIDED by your VERY BESTFRIEND for a month??!!"
"calm down will you?"
"HOW CAN I POSSIBLY CALM DOWN!!"
"Si Eun calm down"
"you dont know what im feeling RIGHT NOW so SHUT UP and LISTEN!!"
"why are you so angry? i told you im not avoiding you!"
"YOU WERE AVOIDING ME!!"
"lets go to a more private place shall we?"
Ryeowook dragged her to a more private place, nobody can see nor hear them from there
"im not avoiding you ok?"
"YOU WERE! I TOLD YOU, YOU WERE!! YOU SAID YOURE GONNA DO THIS AND THAT! YOURE ALWAYS BUSY!"
"because, i have something worth being busy for"
"WHAT IS THAT SOMETHING?! TELL IT TO ME RIGHT NOW! SO I CAN HELP YOU GET IT!! SO THAT WE CAN PLAY AGAIN!! TELL IT TO ME!!"
"i cant tell you alright? its a secret"
"YOU ALWAYS TELL ME YOUR SECRETS! WHY NOT TELL ME THIS ONE?!!"

"calm down ok? youll know it someday"

"yeah, im fine, what happened?and where am i?"
"you had a heart attack awhile ago and Ji Soo was the one who..."

"i thought i was talking to Ryeowook"
"honey, youre gonna stay here for a week ok?"

"no..no they didnt" looking at Si Eun's mother and back to Si Eun

Ryeowook was smiling while crying, and her heartbeat gets slower

Si Eun inhaled which made Ryeowook flinch and tremble
"are...are you ok? you should stop talking"
"no, im not done yet, let me continue, your smile that makes me confident and somewhat shy, your smile that makes me cheerful everyday"
she inhaled again and made Ryeowook tremble more
"you should really stop that"
"your smile that makes me happy almost everyday of my entire life and makes my day complete"
"wait, to make you stop abit, heres your present"
he gives present
"whats inside it?"

she opens as her heart beat get slower
"ah, its pretty, thank you Ryeowook, ill treasure it, even though i will die..."
Ryeowook put the locket on her neck, her heartbeat get slower again
"you wont die kay?"
"th..thank you and you know what?"

"your smile made me strong in my days here at the hospital.."

"and...your smile...that...made...me...love...you..." her heartbeat eventually stopped but her eyes are still half-opened
"no, no! Si Eun!!!" Ryeowook cried
"d..dont give me that face, smile for me will you? it will make my days in heaven...happy" touching his cheeks,
Ryeowook tried to smile
"do that everyday for me will you?" her eyes closed with tears on her cheek
"NOOO!!! SI EUN!!!"
They called the doctors immediately and the doctors immediately went to them.. after sometime...
"oh no, time of death?"
"4:45 pm"

the doctors are taking their time, but after an hour or two that seemed to be a day, a doctor went out
"im sorry ma'am, sir, but she already stepped the gates of heaven..."
"no, no!" Ryeowook immediately went to where Si Eun is, he removed the cover on her face and held her hand tightly
"Si Eun! whyd you have to go and leave me? you havent even heard my feelings for you....., well,i..i love you too! ever since the day we met, it pained me not to see you for days but i have to, i want to give you the most precious gift for your birthday out of my own hardwork, but it seemed it was all priceless, i shouldve played with you more, be with you more...im such a fool! im really sorry Si Eun, im really sorry but i really really love you and i will surely miss you..."
After a few moments, i was already at home, in my room, i wonder how i got there
"ill really miss you Si Eun, ill really do..."
"i know..."
"geh?!" i was shocked when somebody replied and it was her voice! i looked to where the voice came from
"i know that youll miss me Ryeowook, dont forget about me ok?" she was facing me, i was abit scared but seeing her face, it was a miracle
"i wont!"
"promise me that ok, i really love you, i will guide you to the path of heaven no matter what"
She kissed me...on my lips
"and that is my farewell gift to you, my friend, my love...take care"
"wait a minute, will i find somebody there like you that will treasure my smile more than you do?"
"maybe and maybe not, but im sure there will be...and one more thing, did i ever mention that you made me a whole person?...well, goodbye"
"wait!" he reached for her hand but she already vanished...
Ryeowook's eyes were tearing
"someone out there huh?"
I slept  and woke up at noon, i cant find myself at my usual self....not even after a month that happened...
"hope shell let me see her again, i miss her so much"
