General Information
Kamikakushi is an AU that mixes the theme of Spirited Away with City Life. Everyone has the same begining here. They wake up and find themselves in a room, where they have a contract with a name and job. In the roleplay, souls are bonded together. There are the hogosha and the sēfu. These are the guardian and the guarded, they have always been connected in life, whether through the sefus favorite lake or how the hogosha wrapped around them as the wind in their spirit form. Theses two are partners, it doesn't mean they have to be in love but simply they are connected. There will be challenges and quests for partners to find their past and real names. It will be up to the partners to help each other equally. If they can do that, they have a chance to beat the 60 days rule And stay in the world of their choice freely with their may be loved one.

I. General Rules
01. Respect every soul. Please remember everyone is different, so be respectful
02. Please be patience with the matching and mission when they occur.
03. Don't combine ooc with Ic. Stay in character at all time.
04. Keep the admins updated with your schedule. This is so we can have timing for events.
05. In this world, remember that you don't know your real name nor your full background.
06. Follow the character guidelines that you get in line. Use Detailed First or 3rd pov.
07.The password is Your character's element and plus writing example. This is how you will be matched.
08. The starting currency in the world starts with 100g. When you get a job, it'll go up based on the job.
09. Lastly, have fun and remember to find your name and your reasoning.
II. How To Join
01. First step is to make sure you understand.
02. Simply subscribe and state your character.
03. Message the ID Ekisho on line with your fully done pre-app.
04. Based on how many people joined, you may have to wait to be placed into the main chat
05. Earn extra spiritual money by brinigng friends.

the sēfu(guarded)
The Sēfu are the humans who get sent to the Spirit world without their memories. The are nearly helpless in the world of spirit only having a contract and. However, they'll feel a connection to a certain element of nature. From the soothing nature of Water such as the flowing river or to the loud powerful nature of Electricity. It could be their love for Volcanoes or the day when they fell into mud on a rainy day that ultimately leads them to their Hogosha. Just like their partner, they must find their name to be freed from the contract that could destroy their life. Though, they don't always remember what lead them to have connection, but it's up to both of them to find the truth. As together they hold the answer, it's hidden within their bond.

Hogosha(Guardians)
The Hogosha are the spirit of the nature in the world of the living. However in the spirit world, they lose some of their power and their name which is their key to their ultimate status of nearing a god. However without their Sēfu, learning their history and true name is nearly impossible. Without their Sēfu, who can remember the living world connection to the hogosha. These powerful guardians may be able to still turn into their spiritual creature, however in these states they act purely on those creature instincts unless their sēfu is present. Together, the Hogosha has more control even without their name and can truly help their Sēfu.

The lost.
These are the souls who have yet to find their partners or were abandoned by them. Though they were seperated, perhaps the elder gods made a mistake and there were truly meant to become lost to find their true partner. The lost have to be careful with their emotions, especially the hogosha or else they can cause an explosion of some sort based on their elements. While the Guarded ones can end up slowly disappearing and becoming a spirit without the chance to go home again. It is a hard faith for the lost.

Kamikakushi is an original, Spirited Away themed roleplay established on Novemember 25th, 2015 and is founded by Ekisho. This roleplay is based on the Japanese expression Kamikakushi or Spirit away. It will connect the users by the 9 elements and the Spirit World loosely based off Spirited away or Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi.
