He looks around,to make sure no one but himself and the girl that he targeted as his first victim. He smirk as he starting to run toward the girl,snatching her bag and --- "Ouch!! " he groan in pain as the girl skillfully grab his arm ,twist it and flip his body to the ground within 2 seconds.
