Description
Kiyoko Mori had an almost perfect life back in Japan. I say almost because although she never lacked in beauty, brains or even money, the only thing she ever yearned for was the love and genuine respect as a child of her father's. Her mother, who has had enough of seeing her daughter in constant pain physically and mentally finally gathers up the courage to plot against her abusive husband and keep Kiyoko away from him as far as possible.
With a new identity, Kiyoko is shipped off to Seoul and kept hidden in a less than posh apartment to fend for herself.
The monotonous days go by slowly and the only thing that breaks Kiyoko's endless line of thoughts is the noise coming from next door. But maybe that's exactly what Kiyoko needs, noise.
