I originally intended to post this on my wall, but I think this should go to as many people as I can reach. Thank you :)

So this isn't self-advertising, other-person-advertising, etc...it's just a comment.

I've been writing since I was eight, first with essays about my daily life, then fiction/fantasy, then poetry, and finally back to fiction. Writing has always been a release for me; whenever I felt frustrated or sad or happy, I would write and see what form my feelings would take. Ironically, though, I've almost never been satisfied with what I wrote. I would move all the pieces I was not proud of into a folder on my computer and forget about them.

Which makes the latest story I finished--Monsters of Men--pretty special. I spent a record low amount of time on it, simply because there were so many ideas that I recycled from previous stories that I never put up, out of fear that no one else would like them. Although it didn't receive even a fraction of the subscribers and comments and views as my other story, XOXO, did, I seemed to have touched a smaller group of people more deeply. And that made me feel very good about it. 

I want to thank everyone who reads my work. As sentimental as this sounds, I've been through some tough times recently, and writing here, reading everyone's comments and supporting words, even watching the view count on my stories go up slowly--that really helped me through. So I am grateful to you all, for pushing me and keeping me on track. I hope I can return the favor: feel free to talk to me, ask me for quotes or song suggestions, send me pictures of idols doing stupid things, anything. 

Once again, thank you, and I hope you keep an eye out for my future work.
