PROLOGUE

In early 22nd centuries, South Korean was attacked by a disease called the death fever, which caused almost half of Korean population dead. After fifty years of suffering because of the incurable deathly disease, the world organization has come together to form an operation to save South Korea from extinction, called Human Afterlife Development Operation ( HADO ). At that time, scientists have finally managed to discover the biggest life-changing invention on the history of mankind.

They succeed at creating a life after death, another chance to live as they were called Reborn.

Not only they who had died, can continue their life, but also an upgraded version of them. Reborn was designed to be faster, smarter and stronger than when they were human. The operation has successfully brought back half of the lost population and eventually bring back the balance on South Korea.

The death fever was eventually vanished slowly by itself and this has been great news to the world. But the Korean government was agonized by the operation itself. After all, the idea of having life after death has some controversies and the actuation has worried the society. The government didn’t shut down the operation in the end, but the operation has limited access from
