So I try to awkwardly smile once again.

My friends comfort me with a smile saying it's over. "It’s okay."
As if it’s nothing, "Yeah, it doesn't matter." But I just want you by my side right now.

I mindlessly chat with them, get drunk in the music, holding on to the end of the night as I dance.
As if I forgot you, I just start laughing, spending the night with strange faces.
But in the end, my mind wanders back to you at 1AM.
