No one knew about my ability-curse. Only my mom knew about this. Since I was a child, she always took me everywhere she go. She always talked to me and never let me played alone. Then that day come. One night that turned my life upside down. A night when it all begins. A night that start all of this disaster.

That night I woke up alone and found a boy who was 14-16 years old in my room. I was still 8 years old at that time and still not aware of my ability-curse. He smiled and talked to me. I didn't feel suspicious at all. I just feel that he was nice. I talked to him all night long. We laughed together, giggled together and stared at each other eyes. I was not fall in love, but he was my first friend who I can connect with. All of my friend at school always stared at me with a different look. Like I'm a weirdo but he was not. He smiled.

My mom heard my laugh and came to my room. I introduced her with this boy, proudly. Then, she directly hugged me tight and told that boy to leave me alone. That boy waved his hand to me and left my room. I was really angry with mom, I asked her why she did that, he was a nice boy, he was my friend. She didn't say anything and just hold me again,cried. She told me to forget about that boy. Since that day she was more protective.

Years has been passed, I was a 16-years old girl in high school. My mom couldn't protect me anymore and I had already knew about this ability-curse. She told me to always avoid their eyes and to not talk with any of them. She hasn't explained about why I have to do this but I just trust her. She is everything that I have in this world.

But one day, that friend showed up in front of me. A friend that I couldn't forget.

I knew him.
