[Jinri's POV]

I turned off the light and went to my bed, I covered myself a thick blanket as I looks up to the ceiling. I still can't believe we're neighbors- Aigoo- Why do I feel shy? Why?!

I was about to close my eyes when my phone starts ringing, I grabbed it and saw it was Amber. She's calling, huh-? What on earth could be the reason of her calling at 11:08 PM?

 

"Hello?" I greeted her.

"Ah- hey.. Jinri.." Her soft sweet voice lingered over my ear.

"Ah, hi..." I responded, shyly.

"Uh, so... How are you?"

Seriously, Amber? You're calling me just to ask if how I am in the middle of the night? Silly.

"Silly, it's midnight!"

"And so?" She teases me, giggling.

"Crazy.... Pshh." I rolled my eyes, responding with an annoying tone, letting her to be aware that I am annoyed already.

"I'm just checking you,- you, if you're okay... I'm sorry If I disturbed you or something... it's just... I'm just really checking you.. Uhh, so good night... sweet dreams.."

And in that moment, I felt my heartbeat skipped for a moment, and I couldn't speak. 

"Hey, you there?" She chuckled.

"A-aah- ye-yes.... Thank you, Good night and Sweet dreams too!"

It took me minutes before I responded, What the hell?!?!?!

"Sure, no worries." 

She ended the call, and as the seconds pass, I got a text from her, saying

 

[ 11:11 PM, 11/13/15 ]

From: Amber 

 

"Goodnight~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ❤"

 

Aigoo....... how cute.................

I responded with a simply good night text without a heart, Am I being too mean?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

[Amber's POV]

It's 3 AM and I couldn't sleep, Why? I want to sleep.... I'm wondering.......... If.......... Jinri is into girls? Ahh, probably, not..

I mean... She's too beautiful to be...you know.. Gay(?) Pfft, Amber. What are you thinking?

As the clock tick tocks, I still couldn't sleep... looks like I'm suffering from Insomnia again... Why now?!  

I tried shifting positions and still.....

My brain is wide awake. Let. me. freaking. Sleep. I. Need. Sleep. I. Love. Sleep. Sleep. Is. the. Love. Of. My. Life.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! I'M GOING CRAZY- 

I grabbed my phone and started playing games- after a few rounds, I got bored...

Is Jinri asleep? Should I call her? Or- Should I text her? Or? I might disturb her again- maybe she's mad at me- because in her reply earlier, there was no heart emoticon-  ㅠ ㅠ 

I started sending texts at her, I couldn't control myself. 

Maybe she's still awake?

I wonder if she's nocturnal- 

Eh- Why would I think that?

I swear I need to go to the Rehabilitation Center cause I'm going crazy-

I got awaken by the uncountable beeps of my phone. For pete's sake it's 3 in the morning.

I grabbed my phone who was beside me and got blinded by my phone's lighting.

I squinted my eyes and see-

What the ?! I opened our message thread and red the texts I got from her.

From. Amber: Heol~~  ㅠ ㅠ Are you still awake?

From. Amber: I couldn't sleep...

From. Amber: Let's go get some Ice cream! ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

From. Amber: Jinri, Why is your name 'Jinri'?

From. Amber: Jinri, let us go to the park tomorrow?^^

From. Amber: Hello? Are you awake?

From. Amber: So, how's the drawing? Is it improving? Or Are you in progress?

I don't know why I find it cute, Amber is cute in her own ways...........but I DON'T CARE. LET. ME. SLEEP.
