Little Taeyeon was the 'prince' in everyone's eyes. He was born in a elite family, with maids serving him. He was the only child and thus, both his parents doted on him alot. 

 

  The Kim's had alot of properties and companies registered under their name. One of the top music schools, Royal Spencer's, was owned by his mom. 

 

  He was borned smart and handsome. Everyone was going crazy for him. One day, he went to the Royal Spencer's for a special event.

March 03 2000 

 

"Move aside! Taeyeon-sshi is reaching!" The school's director ushered the students aside, as a black limo came.

 

One of the guards opened the door for him and the director personally handed him a book.

 

"Taeyeon-sshi, you can write down the-"

 

"Excuse us" Allen, Taeyeon's closest bodyguard said, before walking away with the guards and Taeyeon.

 

"Who's that?" Tiffany's  elder sister, Michelle asked

 

"He's the son of the Kim's. He's really handsome and smart" One of her classmates said

 

"Sister!" Tiffany shouted as she ran towards her adopted sister.

 

Yes, her sister was adopted but her parents wanted her to treat Michelle as her blood-related sister. 

 

"..." Michelle totally ignored her and walked away

Little Tiffany was depressed about what happened earlier, and was lying down on the table, feeling sad. 

 

Suddenly, the classroom's door bursted open, Taeyeon was bought into the class and he briefly took a seat beside Tiffany and looked around the classroom

 

"That's him, Kim Taeyeon" 

"He's our Taeyeon prince"

"He looks cute"

 

The classmates were all whispering about the latter . 

 

"Wait for me outside" Taeyeon said to Allen and the guards

 

"Yes, boss"

 

"Please take out your Korean textbook A" The teacher walked in, and wrote something on the board

 

Everyone obeyed him, including the grumpy Tiffany. 

 

Taeyeon looked lost and confused, he didn't had one. 

 

"You must be new, you don't have the book do you?" Tiffany turned to her right and saw a new comer whom she didn't saw previously

 

Taeyeon nodded his head

 

"You can have mine" Tiffany gave him the book

 

"If i take yours, what about you?" Taeyeon asked kindly

 

"I... don't feel like studying" 

 

"Tiffany Hwang, what did you say?" The teacher said angrily

 

Everyone was shocked; including the both of them

 

 

 

The teacher took out the cane, and Tiffany was standing infront of the class, teary. Everyone was focused on Tiffany, including Taeyeon

 

Taeyeon's POV

 

Pak! 

 

The sound of the cane somehow hurted my heart. 

 

Pak! 

 

Her eyes, it was full of pain. 

 

"It's all your fault" A guy in blonde said angrily

 

Pak! 

 

Everytime she was caned, my heart felt like it was torned into pieces

 

Pak!

 

It was then, I decided to protect her. 

 

End of POV 

 

"Stop hitting her!" Taeyeon shouted and shood up, he ran forward and grabbed her hands before running out of the class

 

"Mr Taeyeon!" The guards and Allen chased them

 

Everyone in the class was still processing what happened earlier

  The world seem to stop for both of them, they kept running and running. Away from the school. 

 

They ran and ran, before stopping down to breath but Taeyeon didn't release his hands. He wanted to hold her, to protect hef.

 

"I'm sorry about earlier, Are you hurt?" Taeyeon asked worriedly

 

"I-I'm fine" Tiffany smiled

 

"But where are we?" Taeyeon shrugged, he didn't knew where they were either

 

"I think we're lost"

 

They past by those small windmills, and Tiffany took a stone from the floor and begin engraving some words one the windmill

 

"What are you doing?" 

 

"Making marks, so that we will know that we past by here before" Taeyeon smiled

 

"You're smart!" Taeyeon praised before looking at the words

 

"What is this?"

 

It's a 'I' with a heart instead of a dot. It represents me, my signature!" 

 

"You're really smart" They both smiled and walked again

 

 

"Where is this place?" Taeyeon stared at the mountain infront of him 

 

"I didn't knew there's a mountain here" Tiffany said

 

"Shhh" A old lady suddenly appeared 

 

"Auntie!" They ran towards her

 

"Don't be afraid, kids" 

 

"This is called Green forest. A place for couples" The lady said before pointing to the mountain

 

"According to the legend, if the mountain glows in green, it means that you will have happiness with the person you love"

 

Taeyeon raised his eyesbrow, not believing her

 

"It's late, we should find another way out" 

 

Taeyeon dragged her away but stopped when he heard her shouting happily

 

"It's glowing! Glowing!" 

 

Taeyeon quickly turned, and it turns out to be true. The mountain's glowing

 

"Woah" Taeyeon was smiling, together with Tiffany.

 

"When you grow up, you will find a girl who loves you alot, so much that she will do anything for you" The lady said as Taeyeon was staring at Tiffany.

 

"But if you don't believe this, not only will it harm you, it will also cost the life of girl's" 

 

The two of them was looking into each other's eyes, lost.

 

Then, Taeyeon took out a badge and placed it on Tiffany's palm

 

"What is this?" Tiffany asked curiously

 

"This is my family's badge. There's only two per person in my family. You are my princess and I will protect you, forever" Taeyeon said sincerely, smiling

  A week later

 

 

  Little Taeyeon went back to the school, he wanted to bid goodbye to his princess and ask her to wait for him

 

  He ran around the school, but didn't saw the latter. 

 

"Mr William? What are you doing here?" Michelle asked, she saw his worried face

 

"You know me?"

 

"You came to our class-"

 

"You know the girl? The girl whom got caned?"

 

"I'm her sister, is there-"

 

Taeyeon smiled and handed her a envelop. 

 

"Please ask her to read this. Tell her that I'll be back once I finish my studies in England. Ask her to wait for me" Taeyeon turned back and was about to leave when he suddenly remembered something

 

"What is her name?"

 

"..." Michelle pondered for awhile before saying

 

"Her name's Michelle"

 

"Alright, thanks" Taeyeon smiled before running back into the car

 

 

"Taeyeon?" Tiffany saw the latter entering the car

 

"Taeyeon!" The car begin speeding off, with Tiffany chasing behind

 

"Taeyeon!!"

 

"Taeyeon!!!" Tiffany fell down, on the road crying.
