The company operates a record label, talent agency, clothing line, event management and concert production company, The name of the company, "fallback", is a word chosen by Jo In-sung and Lee Dong-wook, indicates that they won't fall back in the k-pop industry although they are actors. Its current fosters of recording artists are known to be some of the biggest k-pop acts to gain international fame, especially Sidereal and Infinite. In terms of revenue contribution, Sidereal is the company's biggest act. A prominent entertainment agency in South Korea, its record label is also one of the four biggest record labels in the K-pop industry, alongside YG Entertainment, SM Entertainment and JYP Entertainment.
