Just a reminder to myself never attempt to stay out of friend-zone.Just remember the top five.
rule number one never show her that you might have feelings for her ever
"I always like you Krystal."Myungsoo said.He gives Krystal a kiss on her lips.
Jiyeon witnessed the two of them kissing and presses her back on the wall as her body slides down to sit like a ball.
rule number two get along with her boyfriend even if he's a jerk at times.
Myungsoo punches Kai and holds a tight grip on his shirt collar.
"Don't you dare ever hurt her!"Myungsoo threatnen him.
rule number three never let yourself fall for more.remember she only sees you as friend.
Krystal wraps her arms around Myungsoo.He hair hair with care,letting her cry on his shoulder.
"It'll be fine,I'm always here for you no matter what happens."Myungsoo said with a gentle tone.
"I'm glad I have you Myungsoo,if I didn't have you,I wouldn't know how I can handle this alone."Krystal said in a cracked voice with slight pauses as she cries on Myungsoo shoulder.Holding onto him not letting her grip loosen up.
rule four don't ever give her the chance to make you feel miserable.
"I'm glad, you would make a great wife I bet!" Myungsoo said weakly but trying to say it with enthusiam.He looks at her engagement ring as she flashed it joy.
"We were hoping you'll be the best man."Krystal said.Myungsoo swallowed down the lump in his throat and gives a small nod.
"I would be honored." Myungsoo said.
rule number five try to move on and never hold onto the fact there might be a chance.
Myungsoo moved his hand away from Naeun's grip.She looked up at him with confusion.
"I'm sorry, she needs me right now."Myungsoo said in a stern voice.
"She's not your girlfriend!Let her be."Naeun said.Myungsoo looked at his feet after hearing Naeun words.He quickly looked up and tighten his right hand in a fist.
"But I'm still her friend she needs me."Myungsoo said.He runs to Krystal's direction.
If you go by all these rules, you will do fine!
Foreword
Slight introduction of the characters in the story.
Main cast
Kim Myungsoo
The main character and the narrator of the story.He's the shy protagonist that is trying to move on from his crush on Krystal.He constantly reminds himself not to try to move from the friend-zone and attempt to move on.He's been friends with Krystal since their early life of middle school and he fell for her around that time period.He doesn't like Kai even though the two are friends,he believe Kai isn't right for Krystal but doesn't attempt to ruin the two relationship since she's happy with Kai.
Krystal Jung
The main character best friend and love interest.She's the hyper and full of life girl around people she loves,but is cold and distant to others.Even though she seems cold to others,she still has weak moments that she only let Myungsoo witness.She's currently dating Kai since the middle of highschool together.She's not aware of Myungsoo feeling for her and only sees it as friendship.
Kim Jongin "Kai"
Friend of the main character and dating Krystal.He is popular and quite the talker.Even though he's friends with Myungsoo,he doesn't like the fact that Myungsoo is close to Krystal so he takes every chance he gets to show Myungsoo that Krystal is his girl not Myungsoo.
Park Jiyeon
One of Myungsoo's friend.The two have been friends since high school and both decided to take the same courses together to become photographers.She doesn't talk much but she always give Myungsoo advice or at least someone to talk to.Myungsoo doesn't know that she has a crush on him for awhile and she notice that Myungsoo likes Krytal.She tries make Myungsoo notice her.
