While he fell, in the midst of his anger and tears, he had an unsettling feeling in his gut; one day, he would stop falling altogether. However,  just before he could hit the ground, he'd stop and clearly see his feet dangling. Then, his vision would blur. How he wished he could look for a way to loosen that rope again.
