Minho is the handsome university student who has just moved in to apartment 110, Taemin is the intriguingly cute neighbour who lives across the hall in apartment 112, and sugar is the sweetness in their relationship.

It’s just kissing and it's just teaching, so why would Minho be nervous? Is it because he’s somehow found a way to fall in love with a beautiful boy whose confidence in authority surpasses teachers? Or could it be because somewhere down their complicated relationship of student and a tutor…they just both happened to see each other differently?

Taemin finally finds the most perfect place to study only to have it taken away by a tall handsome guy. He can't study in his dorm because of his roommates and he can't go home because his hyungs are too busy with each other. So Taemin has no choice but to confront the thief, but everything ends up spiralling elswhere.
