When the Chos were looking for a new place to live in, Kyuhyun's best friend, Changmin, suggested that they would live in SMTown, where he is also living in. When Changmin brought Kyuhyun and Yoona to the house for a check up, they saw how beautiful it was. At first they were hesitant, but Boa, the town's real estate agent and treasurer of the homeowner's association, convinced them and the price was reasonable and good.
