Jongin and Sehun agree to runaway for the day, forget that Sehun is who Sehun is and Jongin who Jongin is.
And then, Sehun and Jongin are introduced to the concept of sanitary pads. This doesn't exactly solve other problems, so to speak.
Sehun has a lot of unresolved personal issues. But that doesn’t mean he loves Jongin less.
