Tzuyu is a cop. And Sana is the owner of a jewellery store. A rash of break-ins brings Tzuyu to Sana's store over and over again, until it becomes obvious that Sana might be tripping the alarm on purpose-just to see her. That's illegal but Tzuyu's kind of falling for her too.
