When we started dating, I wondered how you managed to capture my heart. Noisy, obnoxious and positively messy, you were the least of my ideal type. Yet, 5 years have passed and you're still by my side. I don't need the question why. All I know it's that it was time. 

Today, I close my eyes and fall asleep. She appears in the mist of my dreams and I'm in another world.

The sound of train tracks, the blurring colours of the beautiful scenery. Your heart was beating while mine felt empty.
