I led a life on this planet for almost my whole life. I lived normally, and by normal I mean avoiding overly close contact with human beings. I did a damn good job not getting attached to people, I was doing great in fact... until he moved in, with his dark eyes and looming height.  Just another neighbor, another person to ignore.
