Meta humans are, to put it simply, humans with extraordinary gifts. Some can move things with their minds, while others can heal any injury, from a papercut to a bullet wound, with a simple wave of their hands. They were only a myth a few years ago, until an attack took place in South Korea's capital, Seoul, and meta humans were exposed to the public. From there, it became a big deal, and the government took it into their hands to round up meta humans and train them to protect the world again
