In Seoul, drug trafficking is it at its lowest.  The people of the city are at their happiest.  People laugh when they hear about the lasting crime in Miami due to the importation of from the kingpin of Medellín. They stop laughing when there's a new kingpin in Seoul.    Pablo Escobar was great. Danielle Lee was brilliant.
