Taemin had always been in love with music since he was little, which was expected since he was the son of a famous pianist. However, Taemin hated the piano. By the age of eight he had been entranced by the violin. The way the bow moved across the strings to create those wondrous sounds that he would see when going to a concert with his father and mother made him all too curious about playing the violin himself. He had gotten his first violin when he was nine years old. Playing the violin wasn’t easy at first, he cringed with each sound that had been made, but he practiced and practiced. The violin wasn’t something he would give up easily. By the age of twelve he could play any music sheet that was set up in front of him. By the age of sixteen, Taemin could take any song with just listening to it a few times and make it into a violin cover. Now, Taemin was slowly learning how to make and compose his own songs.

Taemin hated that he was treated differently than some of the other kids in his class all because of his father. Everywhere he went it seemed like everyone knew who he was. During highschool, he couldn't take it and dropped out. His father was furious with him and kicked him out of the house. Taemin makes his earnings by preforming in the streets, the one place that seemed to be well enough to be called home.

Because Taemin is an introvert, it’s hard for him to open up to new people and he might seem awkward or even cold at first, but he means well.
