i'm a noob! please be kind to me __φ(..)

About Me

Who am I? Basic 411

I'm called kim, a 20-something-years-old female. nope! i won't mention my real age. you can guess though.

i'm asian, i have black hair, chubby on the side and 153cm in height. I'm just short, a midget if you must! Hence, the username. haha.

Fandom?

KPOP. I like a ton kpop groups. I believe it's called a multi-fandom.

I've been into kpop since 2008, a bit late but I was into anime first, then I discovered jpop in 2006 and kpop came along. I've been into anime since high school, I was influenced by my values professor. Hahaha. Yep. My teacher. He's cool!

Anyways, back to kpop, Youtube is a big place, you discover a lot from there. hahahaha.

I skirted around kpop late 2007 but I wasn't fully pledged into it. Does kpop have a pledge? Hahaha.

I knew suju, snsd, bigbang, wg, shinee, etc. I like their songs just fine, but it just wasn't enough for me.

But the one group that converted me was TVXQ.

And I just listened to one song, just one. I never encountered their songs before, but this one song made me fall. That's when I knew, I hit the pavement. No, i didn't slip and land on my . It's much worse than that, I hit the pavement face first and I knew, this is the group. This is it.

It is the 23rd song Tohoshinki sung live that night of May 2008 in Saitama during their concert ~T~ tour, LOVE IN THE ICE.

The emotion put into this song while singing is so heart felt and so beautiful. I can still hear it in my head, as if it was only yesterday.

That's how my kpop journey started and how i started to know myself a bit more. I'm still in this Journey though.

What do I like about KPOP?

Do I need to state the obvious?! I don't need to elaborate. I'll use one word.

PASSION. They have the passion on stage or off stage. To do better, to push themselves to the point of exhaustion.

What do I think about people not listening or hating on KPOP?

Their missing a lot, but it's their preference. Carry on!

The haters with stereotypical reasons like language barrier, I'm going to laugh in their faces. They don't understand music at all.

Music didn't even have lyrics back then, it was all notes. Each note signified the feelings of the composer him/herself.

Music is produced through feelings.

Personality Type?

i'm awfully awkward to people who i meet for the first time but they say i seem like a social butterfly. i don't know. haha.

Negative Traits?

I am dorky, loud, clumsy at times, stubborn and a bit of a brat. *snickers*

I make jokes that are not funny, but my punchlines can surprise you.

Midget: Are you going to be Yoseob in our Dance Recital?

Anon: Nope, I can't remember. Wait, is this a punchline?

Midget: No, it isn't! But since you gave me an idea, I came up with a punch line just now. Because YoSeoBeautiful!

Anon: BOOM!

I also procrastinate a lot on different subjects. In conclusion, I have a lot of negative traits and there's no benefit from being friends with me, at all.

Positive Traits?

i'm persuasive, optimistic and a bit charming? that's what my friends say. they think i can get away with anything. no! i can't get away with murder. just no!

I'm also not afraid to try new things, I put my foot out of my comfort zone, I take the first step forward.

Hoping for others to see and discover the positive traits in me. The first step for a chance to know each other better.
