This is a story of a simple girl, from a simple town. When Yoona was born, she was welcomed into the world by a family of moderate wealth. There really wasn't anything that set her apart expect for the fact that she had model good looks. But instead of choosing to become a model,Yoona became the photographer. So she could capture scenes and remember them as they were, because she knows, nothing stays the same. And her home life had proved that. Although at first, everything seemed pleasant, it all quickly degraded. Her father beat her mother every night. Yoona used to sit in the closet and listened to her mom cry out for help. Sometimes, she would come out of the closet to attempt to stick up for her mom, but her father usually threw her back in. Most of the time, he threw her so hard she became unconscious. She finally stopped leaving the closet.
One night, Yoona figured out why they were always fighting. Her father was a drug addict. It should have been obvious, but she didn't realize it till she was about 13. That's when she became painfully aware of their finical situation and how about 100 dollars vanished each pay check. She knew where it was going, but she couldn't speak out against it. And she knew why her father needed the drugs. When she was 11, her mother was pregnant again with their first boy. It died abruptly in her fathers hands after he requested to hold his son when the baby was born. All her father ever wanted was a boy. Because of his abnormal desire for a son, he began to treat Yoona like a boy. He made her play every sport and rather her fail school than sports. If she messed up, he'd vanish but come back, a bit off. It was the drugs. Then he'd beat her. That continued till she was 18, and then, she finally fled without a dime to her name. Anything was better than that though. Now, she is a freelance photographer, hoping to never see her mother and father again.
