A highly addicted smoker; Chi Hoon is constantly seen with a cigarette. He's playful, teasing, lovely , caring and tends to turn things into a joke by a witty or snide comment though he tends to have a erse side to his humore , but when he turn to the serious mode He is the most impulsive and brutal of the four, killing his enemies mercilessly and even laughing crazily when he kills people . People called him "The Powerful" .

Intimidating at first look, this man grew up in a rough city. Always alone without care, having to fight recklessly and proven of his worth to survive the slums. Now a grown man and living in the city, he's got good looks, and with knowledge like no other, he acquires the nickname of "The Wise."
