I don't approve of subscribers only, but it's the one I have used the most, so my vote goes to it. I approve most of members only though, because I feel that's a fair restriction. I don't want to go public with my reason for using subscriber only on some stories, but my general consensus is to not use any restriction at all. I want my stories to be available to everybody who wants to read them.
I loathe subscribers only; I do not fancy being forced to subscribe to a story I may or may not have an interest in reading. Thus, I usually skip those, but once in a while I do subscribe to get access - and mostly unsubscribe again because the fics aren't worth my time. I am forgiving of members only; I guess because I'm a member and therefore it doesn't affect me.
I dislike Subscriber access only. Sometimes a story sounds good, the description, so i have to subsribe but after that the story isnt that great.. idk i feel bad if i unsubscribe then ..
